Bought this laptop when it was on sale. Quality is excellent. Cant go wrong with Dell. Highly recommended for home and office use. Light gaming is okay too.

My daughter’s first college laptop. She loves the touch screen and flipping ability so she can watch movies with her friends. She loves it!

We are using this for everyday use. Daughter uses it for school work and we use it for surfing the web and office documents. Quick processor, nice touch screen and we love the pen.

First I want to say this laptop does look sharp, I like the size of it. However, the operating system has a lot issues. The day after my initial setup, I notice there is a connection issue, I will not be able to perform Windows Update and use most Microsoft service. Even certain app which come with the laptop will not be able to connect to internet. However, I am able to browse internet, so my internet connection is fine. Long story short, after hours of troubleshooting, I decide to reset it. The connection problem did get resolved, but another issue pops, I will not be able to create recovery drive. With 2 red flags in first 24 hours of ownership. I decide to return it back to Best Buy. I would say this could be a great laptop if it does work. I am not sure if the issues are from Windows 10, Dell, or both. I did notice Dell put a lot of garbage preinstall software into it. In conclusion, I will go for MacBook Pro for my next laptop, and will not consider Windows laptop again.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary because her laptop is old and slow. She loved it, and it works extremely fast and smooth.

The product is fantastic. Display quality is great, battery life is awesome, easy setup with prompts and the rest is intuitive. Only issue was that it comes with McAfee and that somehow blocked Chrome after about a week. I had to find an uninstall download online to get rid of McAfee. I purchased Webroot the same time I did the PC, so I knew I didn’t need McAfee. Love this thing though.

Love my new laptop from Dell. I have had other brands before but now finding myself coming back to Dell. Easy to use, great design, sleek and lightweight.

This PC does everything I need. It’s good but for price, & boots quickly due to hard drive. Has plenty of processing power to handle daily use applications.

I purchased this laptop for my wife so she doesn't like things running slow. This computer system loads up and runs perfectly. I love the SSD.

Excellent computer. Only issue is that WIFI card went out soon after purchase and had to install a wifi dongle.

I love my Dell laptop. I did research before I went to buy one and Dell was the best. It had everything I wanted plus it even had a lit keyboard which I never had in a laptop and let me tell it's wonderful. It's so fast and I love the small size. It has a fingerprint where you can sign in and I love that but sometimes it want let me after it goes to sleep and you wake it up sometimes it want work. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
