So far I have used my laptop for web-intensive applications, email, and spreadsheets. It's fast and I think it's a good value. I haven't even tried many of the features this laptop has to offer. My only issue was the Intel controller drivers needed to be updated after I brought it home. (I figured this out by searching on Google.) That was not hard to do, but I'm pretty tech savvy. It's unfortunate that had to be done right away on a new laptop.

This computer does everything I need very well. Really like king the touchscreen.

This laptop was easy to set up and begin working on. It has the features I need and the speed to get tasks finished very quickly.

I use it for work and it boots quick and has some nice bells and whistles. Touch screen, fingerprint login, etc...

This has been a great computer for my 13 year old son to do school work . Easy to use , even for me that doesn't know much about technology .

This laptop works well. It is fast and efficient. The crisp display is easy on the eyes. A great value for the money.

The laptop is a standard computer with everything that you need. It works well and has met our expectations. We wish it had more USB ports.

Other things to know about this Dell Inspiron: This is a larger Ultrabook/2-in-1 laptop. This class of laptop will NOT have an optical drive. There are 3 USB-3 ports, so a cheap external drive can be added later. The hard drive isn't an SSD. But, I wouldn't totally expect that with the size and price combination. Inexpensive options are available to upgrade later if you choose. The graphics card is integrated, so I would not expect this to be a heavy gaming machine. It works very well with GIMP (a Photoshop-like image editor).

The laptop has finger print access system and touch screen. It is also inexpensive. Overall quality is very good.

Much, much lighter than my previous Dell laptop, a welcomed improvement. Also, much faster and longer battery life. Love it. Overall, very happy with my new computer and the Geeksquad service I received transfering data and getting it up and running - although I did have to spend some considerable time on the phone to get my Quickbooks and Quicken up and running properly.

not every thing was transfer over from other computer but computer its self is good i like the touch screen and not having a pass word to get in

Dell is my favorite. Graphics are great. Screen is a good size. Processor is fast. My son loves it for games.
