This is my first Dell product and I have to say - I love it! Easy set-up instructions, nice security features (fingerprint or passcode access) The picture quality is great. I love the silver finish, does not hold onto fingerprints. Easy to keep clean.

I have owned many different brands of lap tops in the past 10 years, This is my all time favorite. I love everything about it. No complaints what so ever. I use it daily for college classes and have for the past year, I would most definitely buy another in the future

I love my new laptop.....the Geek Squad lady Linda was wonderful she helped get my laptop to where I wanted it. Disappointed in the sales person she acted like I was annoying her asked me no questions and did not really listen to me I can’t say enough good things about the Geek Squad

I got it after getting a Microsoft surface pro first. The Dell 2 in 1 is way better then expected. I also like that the keys light up and you can set the brightness of it. The price is not bad , all around good and fast laptop. Will highly recommend it to a friend and family too.

Had no trouble in setting up and transferring my programs from my Microsoft Surface which I experienced the screen separating from the tablet itself for the third time in four years. I have had Dells in the past and they were solid. Will never purchase a Microsoft Surface again.

I bought the Dell Inspiron as an open box in excellent condition with the geek squad verification and it has been amazing so far with no problems. The 1080p screen tooks great with the thin bezel. Boots up very fast because of the SSD, Over all very happy with this purchase.

Purchased two of these for my granddaughters. They are excited and love them. It's fast, convenient, thin, light, and powerful. As a person who has been around personal computers since Apple can out with the their PC's I have used many brands and Dell is one of my favorites.

Got this for my daughter - she loves it. Easily goes from Laptop to Tablet. The included 8GB of RAM combined with the Intel i5 gives this thing plenty of power, add in the SATA drive and it is very fast and responsive. The screen is bright and vibrant! All in all an excellent machine!

Dell makes great computers, we have been Dell owners for years. This PC is a great upgrade from our old Win7 machine. Microsoft is mildly annoying during the initial setup, and the pay for it antivirus was removed right away. Windows Defender works just fine, at no cost.

I bought this because of its large screen but I also have a Surface Pro that is a superior computer. The battery life in this Dell is the poorest I have ever had in any machine. However, it will get the job done if you can get it for a good price and put up with the battery's short life.

The Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 Touch Screen laptop is perfect for working with MS Office and surfing the net. Its storage and memory is great for just these reasons. And the fast processor helps when working on spreadsheets with formulas or checking out websites.

Purchased for my HS Senior enrolled in a dual credit course at WKU. He has used the new laptop in class to take notes and prepare for written assignments. He loves all the techno-wizardry and enjoys watching YouTube movies! Great deal! Excellent customer service!

Go to Best Buy to find your stuff! I bought this laptop when I got a scholarship last year. I got a student discount and a Christmas discount, too. That's awesome. I am waiting for the next discount to buy another one for my daughter.
