I'm a bit biased to Dell and this PC does not disappoint. The set-up was simple, good instructions, and took about 15 minutes. Still getting the hang of windows 10. The screen display is crisp and clear. The keypad has a good feel. Navigation is easy.

Fabulous tool for someone who needs a computer to do their business. Replaced my 10 year plus old desktop and did so well. BB did provide a service to transfer data to the new computer. Since I have a MS account for office, the preload of MS Office was a bit of a puzzler but figured it out.

Trying to get adjusted to Windows 10. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Miss my disc/dvd and some of my old programs. My biggest problem was getting it to print. One night I was up to 2am and never solved the problem till weeks later. Still don't know what I did wrong or right.

This laptop by Dell works perfect for me. Good battery life, good size screen, touch screen as well. Light weight and transport easily. Plenty of storage and quick start up every time. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to upgrade.

Replaced older Dell with this Inspiron 2 in 1. Just the right size for home use, especially if one is used to the old desktop models. Super screen resolution; very quick responses to searches on internet. Very pleased with this laptop.

This computer started off incredibly slow. Painfully slow. I almost returned it, but after being on the phone with dell for 2 hours we were able to remove the bloatware and change the settings to get it functional. Now it’s reliable and the battery is not as bad as everyone makes it seem

It just did it and I had to start all over again! Like I was saying (it's done it to me now twice) it jumps all over the place and it drives me crazy! Plus is sound like some kind of motor when I first turn it on and it will do it occasionally when I am working on it. These are the only two things I can find wrong with it, other that I have had no problems. However, they could not do any kind of transfer of my data since I had a Mac Book Pro before with Carbonite and they said they couldn't do it. I wish I'd stayed with the Mac but it was toast so I went with a cheaper one and it happened to be a Dell.

I bought this Dell for my 4th grader, and it has lasted him all year and into his summer learning. He will continue to use it through his 5th grade year. He uses it for gaming as well, and has had no issues with lagging.

Only complaint- which is REALLY minor- is that there is no notch to open it. Other than that, it's really well made, it's responsive, it's a quality item, and i highly recommend it. All the Dell products I've had have been good quality and last forever.

I went to Best Buy to look at laptops and PC's. The young lady at the laptop dept. explained this laptop to me and I was hooked! I love my new laptop. I use it daily and am still finding new things I can do with it. I LOVE MY LAPTOP!

The biggest problem with this laptop is minimal ports. I have to unplug my detached mouse or keyboard or printer or separate monitor for use. Not convenient for travelling. Also, hard to open. If I were purchasing another laptop, I would check for these capabilities over this model.

This computer is by far the BEST machine I have ever purchased. The picture quality and quick response are fantastic. I am also pleased by the battery life while working away from my office.

My daughter needed a computer that would satisfy her general internet needs and the ability to do digital art. It meets my minimum standard for a computer. First is upgradeable drive. No problems yet. Be careful when upgrading firmware.

This computer was purchased to replace one that had crashed. The salesman and the Geek Squad rep were very helpful. They set up everything , explained and demonstrated how to use. This Dell is very light and easy to travel with.

This has been a great buy for my daughter's personal needs as well as searching the internet for homework assignments. It reaponds quickly and has a quality picture when watching movies and videos.

Love it this is a very good product it's a lot of use how's that very well would you recommend to other customers have not had any issues with this merchandise since I purchased it very light compact reliable I would buy again

This is an excellent system, very little boat ware, and easy to setup, just wish it came with more memory, maybe 12 GB, vs. 8. Still a fast system and boot up is quick, I suspect that's impart due to the solid state drive.

It’s really nice and fun to use but it has not been even a month and the system keeps crashing. Will be returning it to the store. I would recommend it to a friend as I believe that it’s just this particular laptop that’s defaulting not all dell Inspiron.

In general this is a good computer. I did not realize it was WiFi only for the internet, but even with a strong signal, the internet will sometimes drop on a strong signal. Dell updates seem to be coming quite rapidly. OS is fast, display is excellent.

I don't like the blue letters on the silver keys. They are hard to see. I wish I had realized this prior to purchase. I have much to learn in using this laptop and will schedule an in-stpre appointment w/ Geek Squad.
