Works as you would expect. Still fully learning. It's missing some features that I had on my old computer so still learning work arounds, but nothing I can't deal with. It's a nice machine that is lot lighter than my old one.

This Dell laprop purchased at Bestbuy has turned out to be an excellent laptop and at a grear price. Bestbuy even offered a 6 month no ineterest period via their credit card. Excellent for students and others.

Bought this computer for my wife while she went back to school. I added ram and it seems to be doing great. She runs AutoCad and some other designing programs just fine with it.

Got this laptop for school! It has a decent amount of storage. I’ve downloaded a couple different softwares already because I use these softwares in school. It still has so much space. Definitely worth it!

I bought this DELL computer as replacement of an aging ASUS. I accepted the recommendation by the sales person. Everything works out fine. Only 'surprise' was that there is no longer a DVD drive. But until now I was able to get around this problem.

Its really light weight and super convenient. The only issue i have with it at times is that it will go to a darker screen and stay there or the finger print doesnt always work well! Other than that great computer super fast nice design!

My brother needed a laptop to work from home. Mostly using the internet for ordering parts and comparing prices and specifications. We have always had good results with Dell and the price was a great value.

I am going to college and this computer is amazing for it! Typing is nice and smooth, plus the screen goes into a tablet and that is just nice to have when reading. Would not go to any other computer!

I had to bring the first one we purchased back due to issues with the software. Overall fairly decent. Beautiful vibrant screen, great 2 in 1 feature, yet 8gb a ram seems a little on the lower end for what it's used for (photography).

I love this computer. I'm glad I updated and it has AWESOME features, like the way it links up to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10. I can multitask between my phone and computer on the same screen.

Wonderful Geeks loaded my old data to my new Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - No problems. Now I can really enjoy my new Dell.

My Asus laptop's mother board went bad and by using my geek squad repair agreement to get my Dell. They tried to repair my asus 3 times and had no success. I am very pleased with the dell.

I had a great deal of difficulty with this computer when I first purchased it. I am still not comfortable with it and find that I am resorting to my iPad instead of the computer. I wish I had purchased an apple instead.

Pretty happy with it being so lightweight Only thing is has not recognize my imprint to unlock but it’s usually due to an update not applied but other than that pretty reliable no other problems

The Geek Squad currently has my laptop to install some SW and remove some other factory installed items but appreciated the in-store preview of the laptop. I like the laptop to tablet flexibility.

This computer is great. Its great for doing your homework and streaming a video. It hasn’t once froze or slowed down on me like my last computer. This computer is convenient and easy to use.

I've had this laptop less then a year and already had to return it to repair the WiFi driver. Also, seems to be slow when I first turn it back on

We got this to use around the house. Portability is nice. 2 in 1 is functional but you’d probably rather have a tablet if using for a long time as a tablet. Would buy again and would recommend.

Great laptop for all around use. It's light as well as thin. It has a fast startup time and also shut down. This computer as a long battery life. Would definitely buy again.

Bought this computer on Jan 1. Beginning of May I realized I had no sound. I updated all drivers yet it continued to say that no audio devices were installed. After going through the same process with the Dell tech dept it appears that I have faulty speakers. They want me to send in my Laptop for 10-14 days and we all knows how that goes...much longer I am sure. So my business computer which I use everyday would have to be gone for at least two weeks. I can't. So this just stinks!
