Was a great laptop that I bought for my daughter. Last week the WiFi and Bluetooth decided to go bad. Sadly having to send back to dell for repair.

We bought this computer for kids to use for school. It ended up being use a lot for zoom Classes during the pandemic. It works great for what we need it to do.

This is a decent computer for the price. Speedy enough for school and other work. Not sure how other programs run on it because i do not want to overload it with unnecessary stuff.

I mainly got this for school. Works great for that. Was also able to download and play games on steam (not high specs ones) and use the built in recording software just fine!

I just love this laptop! It's lightweight and very fast. The keyboard lights up for working in low light. I have always bought Dell and this one doesn't disappoint.

Out of the box setup went ok, but I was unable to access any Microsoft sites to set up account, etc. but other websites worked fine. Contacted Windows support via phone, first two techs were unable to help. Escalated the ticket and 3rd tech reloaded windows without the Dell initial load and now everything is working ok including access to Microsoft sites. Microsoft said the problem was that some of the Dell software was causing the issue with access to Microsoft.

The Sales and Service associates understood my request for work and the need for me to have the exact specifications for the laptop I needed. I went for it and I am yet to have a regret.

My daughter was awake all night setting up and installing apps including Office 365 on the computer the Geek Squad recommended this computer based on what she was going to be doing in school and it was a perfect fit

This was purchased to do video conferencing and so far it has worked out great. I could have bought a higher CPU or Memory but I don't think that would have made a difference. This is solid fast and reliable.

Excellent computer! It’s a WOW factor!! My daughters love Apple computers. They were blow away by Momma’s new dell computer. I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed..

I like the product. I have not had an opportunity to use it very much. I would prefer an owners manual be included in the box. It is somewhat difficult to navagitate the tablet part of the computer.

This device helps in every aspect of my business. The screen is an average size and the computer itself is compact enough that I can carry it along with me on my travels.

I decided to get one of these and I'm glad I did. The only problem I have with it is the sound. Which I need to bring it back in for. I have to keep resetting it for it to work. Other then that I love it!

Overall pretty good laptop under the price, cons are: screen doesn't seem to be very good, no graphics (can understand with the price range though). I would choose a 14 inch if I knew 15.6 is that big though.

This device is a great introduction to computers. Both my daughter and I are new to using actual keyboards(not touchscreen) and we are enjoying learning to use this.

This is the 1st Laptop I have owned. Still getting used to it. So far it meets the expectations I had hoped for. Best buy and the Geek Squad have been very helpful.

My son is using this laptop at college. What I do know is that it's faster then his friends Surface Pro tablet, runs circles around it. No complaints here...yet!

Gave this laptop to our son who's going to college. Is an upgrade from the system he had. And very good deal that we got, helped the situation. Much faster than his old system. Great buy!!
