I bought this laptop one year ago, and the wifi connection mechanism is not working. Best Buy clerk suggested a wifi adapter, because he said it would cost as much as a new laptop to repair this one. The cheaper wifi adapter is not working unless the computer is close (same room) as the modem, and I will need to buy a more expensive one if I want to use it in other rooms in the house. Disappointed in Dell computer for only lasting one year.

THere is nothing above expectation. The key was it worked as advertised and did not take much time to install nor my normal make it work effort on some installations.

Bought a couple HP laptops a few years ago and the hinges broke on BOTH of them after a year. These Dells are built sturdier, and I am very happy with them.

the person that helped me select my computer was very helpful. He gave me different options and describe what would be best depending on the use that I was going to it.

This computer does everything I need and then some. Digital Drive has in place of disk drive is much faster and does not generate heat. Very fast bootup and shut down.

This is a very nice computer for our student he does his work mainly online and is able to keep up with it all and also play the games that he wants to play

I always preferred Dell over any other brand. I bought this to have a laptop for me and a tablet for my six-year old son. It;s great for both of us.

Likely more than she needs, but it's serving it's purpose with homework and research needs. Now if only I can get her to put it down!

Made an appointment with geek squad with old computer. They were great and gave me options. I decided to buy new computer right then. Service was great.

When this computer arrived I was able to have it set up in a very short time due to complete set up walk through. I also love the finger print log on

Loved this Dell - it was a little work horse until coffee spill. I am sure it would have lasted for a few more years based on its performance.

Good size screen, touch screen, fast, still haven't used all the features. Because of the thin design, there is no cd drive and only two USB ports. I'm very satisfied with the product.

My previous laptop never worked well and I was looking for a reliable laptop, but one that was comprehensive. The Dell Inspiron that I bought fits the bill.

Great laptop. I love the two-in-one feature. It doesn't include a pen for the touch screen, but you can buy one separately and they are afforable.

This Dell supports the computing needs of a senior in electrical engineering. Good value, good support.

This laptop is ok but does not react as expected. Also the GEEK SQUAD transfer at the Lancaster PA store did not do as expected transfer the total holdings of my old laptop.
