The fingerprint scanner didn't work from day one. After a few days the trackpad stopped working. Dell had is install drivers and it helped briefly. We had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers daily to use the track pad. We simply returned the device. Worked fine and seemed like a solid computer otherwise

After a few months the battery started in fail. A few more months and I couldn't download the Windows update. The final nail in the coffin was when the modem went out after 19 months of use. It has since been replaced with another brand of laptop.

No emails were ever checked. Battery is non removable so can't restart to get rid of it. Every time it is started, up pops the virus again. Not happy with this 'gift' to my wife.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about the virus that you're experiencing on your computer. It's possible that you need a refresh of Windows on your computer. Please follow these steps to try to remove the virus from your computer:
Windows 10 is capable of resetting all of its system files without affecting your personal data. Refresh will do the following:
• Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.
• Removes apps and drivers you installed.
• Removes changes you made to settings.
• Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)
To get started with a refresh of your system files, follow these steps:
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "reset".
2. Select Reset this PC (System Setting).
3. Under Reset this PC, select Get Started.
4. Select the option to Keep my files.
5. Note any apps or drivers that will need to be reinstalled after the refresh has completed.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the refresh process. This will take some time and your computer will restart.
