The touchscreen works great, and I love the backlit keyboard feature. I wish it came with more than 2 USB ports, and I wish it had an ethernet port. Both of these problems can be easily solved with adapters, though. A great product overall!

a good laptop for the money. however much different from my windows 7 . had a hard time getting certain jobs to do what I wanted as it is so totally different from what I am used to. wish it had the number pad as I use it a lot for work and find myself reaching for it with this .

This is a great computer that meets all of our needs in terms of browsing and gaming. The touch screen is very handy. The lack of the number pad makes the key spacing a little wide if you are used to using a keyboard with the number pad.

I have had this laptop now for almost 2 months and it has worked great . It’s perfect size , light weight , and is great for traveling. I have had no problems with it since purchased. I would have gave it 5 stars but when purchased , I had it shipped to my home and it was left outside the door porch. So basically anyone could have passed by and stole my almost 1,000 laptop. Complained about it and the store blamed it on the sales representative. If Purchasing anything pricey and in this store I suggest purchasing it there and than while in stock or get it shipped to the store instead of your home

So far so good. My last computer was about 6 or 7 years old so this one is light years away from that. I really only use it for simple things so rating I can’t really rate it for its full potential. I like the touch screen and the ease of access with the fingerprint login.

This is a really nice laptop has everything I need. The price was right, very fast and great graphics. The only thing that i'm not happy with is the battery life could be a little longer. I get about 4 hours max on a full charge.

The computer itself is fine but we miss our numbers pad integrated in the keyboard. We are retired accountants. And it is an effort getting used to Windows 10. But all is well. The person who worked with us on our final choice was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pros: SSD quick response, touchscreen, finger scanner, space to add extra HD (added 1TB SSD in addition to factory 256 GB SSD) Cons: keyboard layout. Lots of space below with mouse. Typing takes a little time to get used to.

I love almost everything about this laptop,ze very easy touch keyboard, lightweight, sleek appearance. But trying to use it in tablet mode was awkward. Could be that the size is just a little too big to really be portable or balance while working in that mode.

I do not like Windows 10 but there is little to choose from otherwise. I did not note when purchasing in a hurry that there is not a numbers 'keypad' to right side of keyboard. I have not found several features of use to me but overall what works, works well.

My old laptop was damaged and brought it in to be fixed. Due to it's age I decided that it was not a good fiscal move to invest in the old unit. I purchased a new one and was very happy they were able to transfer my info.

This laptop is what I needed and it is very fast. I was able to do my taxes with no problems. Thank you Best Buy for all the assistance I needed in choosing a great laptop.

I love my new computer. I previously had a dell and it lasted me about 13 years so I was happy to find another one in my price range. Great computer for the price

THIS COMPUTER HAS BEEN VERY EASY TO WORK ON AND PLAY WITH. THE TOUCH SCREEN IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND IN TABLET MODE ITS GREAT BECAUSE ITS VERY MUCH LIKE A HUGE TABLET. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND...

Not being a computer guru, I needed a lap top that was easy to navigate and had the trusted features I was familiar with. This model has way more than I will ever use/learn but maybe one day when I’m bored..hahaha.

I love this laptop, it’s very convenient for my sturdies. I don’t know if it’s because of the time I use it, the only thing I don’t really like it’s the fact that the battery doesn’t last long. Other then that I enjoy it

It’s a great product that allows you to sketch and solve problems on your screen. I have this a 5star review because I’m a nursing major so it’s helped me so much, and I’m only in my first year of college!

My wife needed a new laptop and we picked this Dell. It has been working good for her for over a year now and the price was good at the time. Hey if she is happy then so am I. Lol

Very versatile, easy to use and sufficiently quick. I love that the keyboard is lit. Great storage capacity for the price (I bought it on sale) . Well worth the purchase, you will definitely be pleased.

Solid performer, as a card carrying Luddite it has more bells and whistles than I need, maybe I will expand my horizons. Wish they made a keyboard cover for use when in tablet mode, it is rather disconcerting touching the keys when folded over. Had to reinstall the fingerprint scanner, otherwise no issues except my need to learn the new Windows version. Note that I gave this high ratings though I do not have a basis of comparison. Using for staff reports, email, and photos.
