Very pleased with the ease of using this computer.

This replaced my 4 year old Toshiba. It was good that I purchased the Geek Squad protection as when I first started using it, the laptop was really slow so after the on-line repair session, it works great! The only thing I miss from the Toshiba is the number pad keys. But that is the sacrifice for a smaller design.

Bought wrong laptop w/i5 processor and exchanged for Dell w/i7 processor. I wouldn't recommend this product for deaf or HoH buyers if for use videophone relay

TAKES UP SOME TIME TO SET UP. MANY WINDOWS UPDATES BEFORE YOU GET ON IT. NOT AS FAST AS I LIKE IT TO BE. THE WINDOWS INK IS A NICE PLUS FOR THIS LABTOP. FOR FURTURE WILL GET A SOILD STATE LABTOP

This was a replacement laptop because the one I had before this week defective. The only thing I don't like is that the key pad is not on the side but other than that, I love everything else about it!

Really like the size and weight of this computer! Was suggested that the i5 is the way to go and I have not been disappointed! The keyboard works for my needs! Purchased this computer to upload and organize photos from my two years on the road! Working like a charm!! It’s my favorite Dell so far!

Overall the computer is decent. However, the wireless adapter did not work properly at first. I would only get about 7 Mbps when every other device in my home was getting between 45-50 Mbps. I installed and updated the wireless adapter driver, I updated Windows 10, I removed the wireless adapter and let it auto find and reinstall, all with no luck. I did a complete reset on the PC, took 8 hours...after that, everything seemed to work.

Very functional laptop. A little slow but you can’t expect the best processecor for the price. Always stinks having to buy the MS suite but part of the deal with windows

This Dell 2 in 1 is easy to use and a great value for the money. It can handle each mode supporting everything from professional use to gamming with lots of computing power and room for storage. If you're looking for one great all around computer, consider this one.

Absolutely love this 2 in 1 computer. It allows me to do everything I want from simple research to editing pictures. The gaming side is a little slow for the true gamers but for me that didn’t matter. Simple and easy to use even for a beginner (my 5 year old. )

My husband is not the most tech savvy person. We bought this Dell laptop that was on sale to replace a much older one that died. For his needs of email, sports stuff, and Facebook, it is great! Happy with the in-store customer service as well. Thanks Best Buy.

This was my first purchase of a laptop and the salesperson was great at pinpointing the right one after finding out how it would be used. I had everything installed before I brought it home and still have a lot of tech support to go - which I will need!

Reliable, sleek, and the battery life of it is great! It’s not light weight but I’m totally okay with it since I mainly use it at work and at home! :)

HD drive 2 mins boot time. Replaced it with SSD drive, 15 secs boot time Can run 3 external HD monitors with no flaws using a Dell port replicator.

This has been a great purchase! Laptop is easy to use with a great operating system. Battery life is good and audio and visual quality is top-notch!

I bought this laptop for my daughter for culinary school. I got it on sale which was a bonus but would have bought it anyway. It's lightweight, has more than enough memory, is fast and meets her school and music needs, (she's also a vocalist).

I love this laptop, honestly. It has everything I would really need/want in a laptop. Fast streaming, video editing, tablet mode, etc. The battery last for about 3+ hours. I LOVE that the keyboard lights up, as well. Great laptop!

It has everything I need. However, being nickeled and dined to death for software doesn’t please me. It’s functional and isn’t overly complicated.
