I settled on this laptop because of my familiarity with Dell computers at work and because of the hinges. I sent my last laptop off to be recycled because the hinges started ripping apart the monitor housing. This has smooth hinges and a solid body, likely due to its 2-in-1 design. While this computer is not the fastest thing I have used, due to the use of a traditional rotational hard drive, once things are loaded it works very quickly. The one complaint I have about it right now is the inconsistency with the touch screen. Sometimes it just won't respond to anything for a while.

Just picked this up a few days ago! So far so good but it is a tad bit heavy. I also caught it on sale for 550 so I cant complain about the price at all!

Like the functionality of the 2n1, nice screen, has nice speed and the light up keyboard is great. Only thing, wish the battery life was better.

I love our new Dell laptop. I just need to learn windows 10 now!

A very good product for student, it makes work easier for u because u can click on the screen without using ur mice. It also very fast to process ur stuff, I really enjoy using it is like using a first class laptop.

Good laptop. I bought it on sale for a great price. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a solid state drive...Maybe later.

I Purchased a Toshiba laptop 4 years ago, it was so slow now, and my friend told me that why don't try Dell product. I mainly used this laptop for my personal purpose. It works so great , fast, reliable.

The display is great, responsive touch screen, and a big hard drive for our pictures. It is slow to boot up, and the incessant Dell “updates”, make the process of getting down to work somewhat frustrating. Once “up to speed”, the performance is fine for our purposes of taxes, email, web searches, photo and music handling.

I bought this laptop for my wife's birthday and it works great. Overall speed is fine, though an ssd would be preferred of course. Nice thin/sleek laptop, perfect for daily tasks and browsing the web.

Got this printer for home because I already have the same one for work. It works great and is easy to use .

Touch screen and "fold-over" tablet/screen configuration are very helpful. Solid performance at reasonable price.

I have been a dell user for years and this did not disappointment thus far. I love the touch screen when I want.... It is easy to navigate... Battery life is decent for my needs.

I bought these for three of my staff and they absolutely love them. They are used with a Dell dock so they can be used as desktop when at the office and a laptop when at home!!

The laptop has all the bells and whistles one would want in a 2 in 1 laptop. 8th generation i5 processor, full 1080p display for awesome view of photos and videos. A camera that supports Windows 10 facial recognition sign-in is great. Only one minus is the 8 gig of memory. 12 gig or 16 gig of memory would make this laptop an outstanding laptop with plenty of memory to run multiple apps with the performance one would expect.

Good laptop for every day use. I replaced the included HDD with a SSD and the speed increased.

first touch screen laptop and I love it!!! had no intention on getting a Dell but the features were undeniable. still learning how to use it but happy with my purchase!
