Very easy to use. the touch screen takes a bit to used to if you are not used to having a touch screen

was looking for a goo deal on a fast laptop with a touch screen--That's what I got here at best buy

My wife and I are retired and just needed something to keep up with our hobbies and family and friends. The gentleman at best buy that helped us was very honest and helpful. He never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. He seemed to know exactly what we needed and treated us with respect. He never talked to us like we were dumb because we didn't know what to buy exactly. Thank you Best Buy for having the best employees.

I have been wanting a 2 in one forever and Dell to me is a lot like Honda. They commit to their customers and give you a lot of trust that if something was to happen that they would be there to assist. The only thing that I have experienced is that the touchscreen function sometimes stops working but it might be me not shutting off the computer enough to rest. I will probably reach out to Dell if the problem persists.

Graphics card can handle just about anything. A really good value. Touch screen is legit!

I have owned and used the Inspiron 7558 2-in-1 since 2015 and absolutely love it! As a result, I purchased this one as a Christmas present for someone very special to me. Needless to say...THEY LOVE IT!!! Rugged, robust, lightweight and with Windows 10 and the i5 is't very smooth. I currently have the i7 in my 7558, so I wasn't sure about going with the i5 (not for gaming). Depending on the intended use, the i5 is great.

This is a great laptop.. it is fast as lightning and has plenty of room to run large files..

This is a very good, basic laptop. This was a purchase for my dad who really only needs it to read emails and get on the internet. He does have some files that he saves and works on and this computer was a great fit for him. Decent processor and enough memory to do what he needs.

We have run with Dell laptops for close to 20 years. We have never had any issues Dell laptops that were not rectified immediately. The high ratings that this laptop received did not surprise me at all. This computer has exceeded our expectations and more than meets our needs.

Nice machine. No reliability issues that I've experienced. The 2TB HD might be a nice come-on, but you'll get much better performance if you swap it out for an SSD (and put the 2TB into a USB3 external case for other data). Otherwise, it's fine and svelte.
