I love that I can use this as a laptop or tablet. It is light to Cary and runs smoothly.

We like this computer. It was a great price and has a big display that converts to tablet mode. I just wish the startup was faster though especially when it goes to sleep or we shut it down ..it takes a little bit too long to get going. It lost a Star for that.

I wanted to buy a tablet. So thought a 2 in 1 would be like a bonus if u buy a laptop. I didnt even turn on the laptop and had to return it back because it was too to hold as a tablet. I got a 13 inch and thats the right size if u want to use the 2 in 1 feature.

I love my laptop I use it for my cricut. It's my spare.

This laptop so far is great. The keyboard remains lit which is a great feature.

The product was similar to the unit that it was replacing. Thanks to having the computer set up at Best Buy, I was able to begin using it immediately rather than having to learn a new machine. The computer is working very smoothly. Please note that there is no DVD player on the machine. I had to purchase an external unit (cost of approximately $40) in order to copy or burn a CD.

High performing. Boot-up within seconds, the performance is so cool.

got it for my wife's online schooling. nothing special about the laptop. is a bit slow, but does what it is suppose to. didn't get it as a workhorse, which it wouldn't work for. just for basic class needs online

Getting used to a 2 in 1 but I love it. I do wish there was a number keyboard.

I have purchased this laptop under deal of the day for 550$ and it does all the work excellent. Also, installed a 256 Samsung 860evo ssd, now the laptop is super fast.. touch is pretty smooth, display and audio could be better.. hence 4 star

This is a great laptop on-sale $150 off. Its loaded with new options, older laptops would have been expensive with what this one has. Im still learning and messing with options it has. At first it seemed slow, after i got all updates done it was faster. I failed to notice it didnt have a Cd Drive, but theres always a work around for that. ( My first Dell to )

Nice and quick, nice back lit keyboard, light and good looking laptop

This computer can do everything I need it to. As a 55 year old I'm not super tech-savvy and I don't need to have a powerful computer; I just need a computer to do email, Microsoft Office applications, internet, and other simple tasks. This computer performs all the tasks I need it to very well and I'm sure it's capable of handling more than I ask it to.

I have been using this notebook for a month and a half and I think it is a good equipment. Sometimes , it is complicated to get used to tactil screen, however, it is easy to handle when you take practice with it. It is very light and the metal surface it is very ressistant. In general, I always buy DELL because I obtain a good equipment.

So far I am not disappointed. I've had other name brand computers, but none stand up to Dell. The all in one is easy to use. The light on the keyboard is better than what I expected. Still learning my computer, but so far it is great!

Good product, BUT I did have problems with how slow it was at first.. I found out it was a bunch of bloatware from the sercuity. Plan on purchasing some sort of sercuity for this laptop, other than what the laptop itself offers.

Great product for the price. Wish a written manuel came with it.
