    I love my new computer. My old one took me hours to complete what I needed to do. I kept saying I loved my old computer and did not want to replace it. I am so glad I finally gave in after a very frustrating day and replaced it with the new one. The touch feature, which I said I would NOT use - I use all the time. Highly recommended!!!

    We bought this laptop for my college-bound son. We considered a larger screen size (17"), but it would have been too bulky and was a lot more than needed. He was able to do all the set-up and is very happy with the purchase. We did spring for the Geek squad protection, so in case it gets damaged, we don't have to worry about fixing or replacing.

    Best Buy respects quiet time customers need to peruse in the store. Their rep saw that I had some questions and offered his help. My Dell Inspiron purchase was perfect for what I needed. This pc is fast to boot, very responsive and I can immediately get into my apps. Thanks to Dell for a great product and to BB for great coaching.
