This computer had an excellent rating and is great

It is easy to use and the graphics are amazing. I also had a great experience with the geek squad. They were extraordinarily helpful to this non computer literate user.

Very good computer

This computer has no mechanical hard drive therefore makes no sound at all. It boots up at a very fast speed. I also like how it recognizes my face for security entry into the computer. I would highly recommend this computer.

We found later that it was an end of line unit, and needed to be replaced. We received a newer model Dell, and have been very pleased with it's operation thus far. We would rate it as an overall GREAT convertible. (Keyboard/Tablet).

I ordered online and had it shipped to a nearby store. No hassles and I could pick up the computer in just a few days. All was without any issues. The product is working great and I'm excited.

Great Dell laptop

The only complaint I have is I continually hit the power button that is located on the right on the side. It's very close to the volume button and I annoyingly hit it by accident when adjusting volume or moving laptop

I believe they are offering student discounts as well on this product. The laptop has good internals, good to look at and has a sturdy build. The only con for the laptop would be it's weight. Other than that this is a very good buy for a mid range laptop

PC works fine

What really bugs me is that about 25 days after I bought it, it was on sale at Best Buy for $100 less than what I paid for it. They refused to refund the difference. So much for the price guarantee. It looks like I won't be buying anything at best buy any more.
