I bought this computer as an open box item for a great price. I use the computer for personal/home. It is easy to operate and I don't have any issues or complaints. I like that is has a SD port. I wish it had an internal DVD drive and more USB ports, overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

    Beware the Power Switch Location

I really like this laptop...except for the location of the power switch. The switch is on the right side edge, very near the FRONT corner of the laptop. So, if you move or pick up the laptop, you WILL hit the power button until you learn not to touch the right front corner of your laptop. Stupid design.

I first purchased an ASUS and had hardware issues, took back and repurchased same laptop and had same issue. Took back and purchased this DELL which I should have done in first place. Have always had a DELL and no issues. Great computer

I really liked this computer. It has a large SSD drive, 12 GB Ram makes it fast. I love the 2 in 1 laptop. I didn't like the keyboard because it didn't have a separate number key pad. I ended up exchanging this one for an Asus 2 in 1

After researching a lot about which laptop to buy, I zeroed upon this product and now after using it for a while, I must say I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only aspect where I was a little let down was that it does not come with a video card, rest everything is fine.

This Dell 2in1 core i7 is equipped with the gadgets that I need and has the best price performance ratio. The sales personnel at BB was great and he spent extra efforts to get me the discount that was expired a day ago. Overall, an excellent experience!

I like it. Still getting used to the switch from Mac to pc. Have not used it too much yet, but I did notice the mouse pad area is just way too sensitive for me. But nothing else to complain about yet. I'm still trying to explore the computer and its capabilities.

Good price and brand name for laptop used by a college student. Screen images are better than average. Ports and features are just what is needed. Easy to set-up and get going. Download the MS 365 software from the University web site. No problems.

As the Summary says, this WOULD have been a five star review but today, less than 2 1/2 years after purchase, the battery DIED and took the system down with it. I am a college senior and this is not acceptable. At all.

I like this new laptop. haven't used it much in tablet mode though since it is so big. My one complaint would be the location of the power button. it seems to be just about where I grab the laptop to move it or rotate to share with others in the family.

I buy Dell Computers as I do Toyota Camry's, because they more than do there jobs, and are extremely reliable. Startup times are a few seconds, fast, quit, and light. hard to believe Dell continues to make the best product on the market.

I purchased this notebook on the fly after a failure of my home office notebook computer. It is flexible and works well. I did add a Windows upgrade,Office 365, and additional security software. It has been good for my home office use.

I am very happy with my purchase and like that it can do so much, even more than I even realize. I haven't utilized the additional services I purchased with this (Geek Squad) quite yet but intend to very soon before I run out of time.

Overall this is a great laptop. One thing that is a real problem at times is. The power button is on the right side closest to the user. I've went to move the laptop several times and just turned it off. Terrible place for this button.

Sign on and warm up go more quickly now. Portability is good Background color (chalk white) could be improved--contrast to the printing is less than desirable. Choice was recommended by salesperson and overall an excellent choice..

Purchased this computer for business. Works great for carrying to different appointments and being able to fold it up like a tent to do client presentations is a great bonus. Not powerful enough to play many new games.

This Dell 2in1 is a good computer, but I expected more speed for the price. And Best Buy put it on sale two days later for $100 less and would not refund the difference. Really surprised me, but they were not flexible at all.

The inspiron 15 7000 with i7 works great. The large memory helps the laptop run very smooth. I wish I could find a screen protector b/c the screen collects fingerprints very easy and has moderate glare. Overall good laptop!

Couldn't be happier with it. I'm not an intensive, high tech user, but this certainly meets my needs. Very fast with solid hard drive. Excellent key board so I returned the standalone key board I purchased with it.

I love this Laptop. Just what I needed. I used to buy Dell Desktops all the time, but have to admit this is the first Dell Laptop I have bought. What took me so long? Should have stuck to Dell in the first place.
