I have used this as my college laptop this semester and have not had any issues with it. Connects perfectly and all applications work great. I really like the facial log on feature instead of typing a password.

I've had my system a month now and have discovered that the 3.5mm headphone/mic jack is defective and needs to be warrantied for replacement. The builtin microphone and speakers are pretty lousy quality as well in terms of both recording voice with minimal background noise and playing voices without internal reverberations. This means a headset when doing conference calls is essential (but see port issue above). The processing power is great for the price, but I feel Dell skimped on those two parts.

This laptop is everything I expected - everything I wanted for my working system. I have not used the tablet feature; I'm campaigning heavily for an excursion that will give me an excuse to test its adaptability.

Everything is great with this laptop and I received it in near mint condition. The only downside is when I rest my palms on the sides of the laptop, it sometimes triggers the mouse click, only downside.

We like being able to turn the laptop into a tablet which is very user friendly. Learning the differences between Windows 7 and the new Windows 10 will take some time. Excited to watch Netflix on the HD screen.

It's easy to use. Great quality of sound and picture. Made our lives much easier with all the applications already on it. One remote for all, with slick design & voice command that is awesome..

The only thing I don't like about it is that it tends to freeze up quite a bit and when tapping on the curser board it doesn't take unless it's in a certain spot or tapped somewhat hard from time to time.

Gorgeous build. Setup was a breeze with minimal (if any) bloatware. Absolutely no issues out of the box. Full of features at a great price. I'm a repeat Dell buyer and will continue to do so.

Everything I expected from Dell. Great laptop, one of the best I tried. Definitely do not regret the purchase. With the SSHD, this thing is absolutely quiet and starts up within seconds.

This laptop is easy to use and is user friendly! The touch screen feature is great! Sensitive enough so that you don't have to force it to work. I would recommend this laptop to anyone!

I am loving my new Dell Inspiration. I used a Macbook Pro for seven years and was worried about changing. I use it with ease, and the transition was seamless. I love the touch feature!

Really like this. My first non worked issued laptop. Like the screen and and keyboard. Like that it came with Windows 10. Like the ability to flip it so it sounds upright on its own.

I purchased this computer to be used with a flat screen tv in our conference room. It immediately synced and has been flawless. The sleek appearance adds to the "Hi Tech" vibe.

Very pleased with my purchase, very nice laptop, did have 1 problem with an update locking my computer but the Geek Squad took care of it with relative ease

I'm satisfied with most everything on my new Dell Inspiron 2 in 1. At this stage of ownership I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating!

First, cost was a big factor. But with all the bells and whistles that this computer has it is well worth the money. I enjoy all the litter features like touchscreen etc.

I am a windows and dell fan.. and this one is an excellent piece of tech.. lightweight.. screen size resolution are good.. 512gb ssl is steal for a price of $799..

Lap top works as well as I had hoped for. I made the mistake of not looking for a numbers keyboard when looking at in store with salesman. I miss not having one.

I really like this laptop. I love the facial recognition feature. The only thing I miss is the number keys on the right side as I am old school but other than its great!
