Limited USB ports and no disc drive which I realized going in but still don't like the extra hassel and expense. Would rather pay more for the complete package.

I got this Laptop thinking Dell is one of the best brand's computers, but I am disappointed because in less than one month The computer got stuck with the screen frozen three times and the only way to continue working is to restart it. The second item I found terrible with this machine is the turn on switch at the corner of the right side. You easily turn it on touching the switch when you grab the computer for putting it into the carry bag . The position of this turn on / off switch is not wise.

So, far we are happy with our new computer. We were replacing a desktop with this laptop. Features have not regretting the move to a laptop as our primary home computer.

The Dell laptop had only Windows 10 for software. My old HP laptop had a Home and Student Office so Best Buy suggested that I round up my Product Keys and call the Microsoft Help line. This I did and for a one time cost of $100 and a two hour plus phone call, the Office was put on the Dell. The Dell also came without a DVD player so at the time of purchase I bought an LG DVD portable player that was USB 2.0 but 3.0 compatible. When I tried to use both my mouse and DVD player only the USB 2.0 port on the right side worked. Since the left side port is a 3.0 I thought that it wasn't downward compatible. After returning from NC post Thanksgiving, I went in to the Best Buy store to talk to sales persons about the problem, but they said the 3.0 port was downward compatible and sold me a USB four port travel hub. Of course whe I got home and tried it, again the 3.0 port did not work. So, back to BB this time to see the Geeks. They did ascertain that I had a defective port and if I purchased a $250 maintenance policy they would fix it. I balked at the cost, and was told for $100 I could get service for a year. I was also told that particular laptop was no longer carried and even if they replaced the laptop they could not move the Office software. They further said that I send the computer into Dell, but again I would probably get a replacement device with only the Windows 10 software. Is it any wonder I can't recommend either the Computer, Dell, Best Buy or the help personnel.

Have nothing but positive experiences with this computer - it's fast, responsive, and intuitive. Great value for the money! Fulfills all my business needs.

Initial thought was am spending a bit more as my budget was less. Got the heating problem in 1st week of my usage, lets see its behavior in coming days.

Serves my needs which are not complex. Good little laptop. Not great as it tends to skip around in trying to scroll slowly or use the touch controls.

Needed a new laptop due to a fire loss. Sales staff listened to what I would be using it for and she totally hooked me up with a new Dell.

This has everything I could possibly need or use. Its fast the & keys are very receptive and exact. It's slim and vercitle and starts up in seconds.

That's what I want. With good processing speed, 12G RAM, 512 G SSD and 15.6" 2 in 1 screen, with an attractive price. Not so light but acceptable.

I have not owned a dell profuct in 12 years as I have been highly disappointed. This reminds me of their best days making pcs in the early 2000s.

Not only does this appear to be the fastest computer I have owned, but seems well constructed and lightweight. Appears to be a great buy

The only issue that when you touch the top u can always see the light bending in screen and I guess that is normal with all touch screen laptops

This laptop is working excellent. It comes with all the latest and required specs and I have no issue with it since I bought it.

the battery has experienced a permanent failure and needs replacement after a year. other than that everything is good

Touch screen is responsive. Plenty of memory and good speed. Open box made it a great deal. Best Buy easy to work with and helpful.

So far a great laptop- lightning fast, super quiet, doesn't heat up, plenty of storage and memory, and super lightweight and thin.

Spoke with someone more literate and was a great buy for my needs. Simple with enough memory. Is perfect for my needs. No issues

I purchased this computer because I needed to upgrade. It has new features that I am getting used to and I am liking it more.
