I love the laptop except the touchpad is too sensitive

when I bought it the battery wouldn't charge all the way. I got the protection plan for 2yrs, they said they replaced the battery but the same thing happens. Not sure how I feel about it..

Did not want to hook up with college Wi-Fi... spent 2 hours with techs from school changing settings within laptop to get it to finally connect...

bought new dell, geek squad tried to fix slowness but recommended me to take back and get a different one. sales rep tried to charge me extra for swapping for same model, when I refused she threw her hands up and said I can't deal with you.I talked to manager he was very nice and the problem got fixed very quickly. Left computer at store to get junkware removed and webroot installed but junkware was not removed.

I bought this computer to replace a Lenovo that only worked for about four hours. The first one had dead pixels on the screen and started to drop the internet signal. I exchanged it and second one started by going to a diagnostic screen and give a message that hard drive not installed. The third one is working so far.

It works good but might have a problem in couple of months based on what I am seeing right now

It does the job but keypad and pads little small for my fat fingers

was an open box and had some issues so I returned it.

I got this laptop several days ago and have used it a decent bit since then. I use it primarily for internet browsing and gaming. Thus far, it has done everything very well. Battery life is good when simply browsing the internet. The speakers are serviceable, but definitely nothing to write home about. I purchased this laptop after reading a lot of reviews and doing many comparisons. It was easy to set up, loads fast and I love the flexibility of the touchscreen. It is a little too large to use as a tablet but it's great as a laptop and that is how I use it the most.

Right at 2 years old, the mother board goes out, and Geek Squad wants $960 to replace it. I'm sure I can find one for less than that!

I started having issue in this laptop after 3-4 months and it's not expected when you pay 700+ USD for a laptop, It's a BIG disappointment. Now whole MOTHERBOARD crashed few day back and DELL Service Center guys are asking for ~300 USD for that and it's shocking for me. I will never ever buy any DELL product in life for sure and I am completely upset with their services.

When we got this laptop home the operating system would not load properly so we immediately took it back to the store for a replacement. In the last 4 months the power cord has failed, Windows 10 will not update which is causing all sorts of problems and the speakers will not work. These Dell laptops are junks however DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP !!!!
