After doing a bit of research online, I settled on this computer. It is all I hoped it would be. Very fast operation, especially at startup and shutdown. I’m able to watch movies and charge at the same time with very minimal heat generation, on my lap the entire time. My only negative would be the power button and volume located on the side. Occasional accidental power downs until I was used to it. Otherwise a good computer for a good price.

I am pleased with my new Inspirion. It is fast enough to suit me and light weight enough to be useful.

I purchased this laptop as opened item and thus far haven't had problems with it . This laptop is snappy. Only con would be the lack of an Ethernet port as i wanted to use it to test internet speeds as well. But aside from that the speeds over wifi are just fine. It had a little problem with switching between my router for cable internet and my routers for fiber internet. But a restart seems to have resolved that problem.

As computers go, this laptop is cheaper than mac or some of the gaming laptops out there; however, it is packed with all the essentials. I came in looked at the specs and compared it to some of the HPs that were there. This is a much better choice. It is amazingly fast and has been very dependable for work. Using multiple adobe suite applications at once. I really recommend this laptop for everyone.

I am very pleased with my new laptop. I have had it for less than a month but I've enjoyed the back-lit keyboard, it's option to be used as a tablet, and it's sleek design. It's a bit heavier than I expected, but it's still very portable. I am in the process of learning windows 10 and will enjoy the extra features beyond my old XP version. The Geek Squad set-up was superb. Thank you.

Only sacrifice is size not allowing internal disc drive. Touch screen great.

SSD boots really fast, screen is very sharp. Only complaint so far is that when in tablet mode the touch doesn't seem quite accurate in placement and the sensitivity is not quite par, hence the 4 stars. Only time will tell if this unit will hold up. I hope so.
