Computer has 512Mb SSD that allows for really quick boot-up and lightning quick operation. Reasonable battery life 4-5 hours (could always be better but 15 inch screen pulls a lot of power). Windows 10 is okay and hopefully will improve with updates.

Did a fair amount of research and settled on this Dell laptop. It was exactly what I expected. The solid state hard drive is great. It is a little big and heavy to use as a tablet, but works fine when used in tablet mode. Very happy with it.

My laptop had given out completely right before graduation (thankfully lasted through finals and thesis) and this was the new one! I'm typing on it right now and I quite love it! Good audio performs speedily and does everything I need it to!

I purchased this lap top for the speed and touch screen capabilities.

Everything so far is just awesome. I'm not an expert but when I sit down it front of this 2 in 1 it does everything with ease. The only negative thing about it to me is the place of the power button. It's in a spot that I just happen to keep accidently touching causing it to turn off.

I wanted a notebook that turned on fast and this one is very fast.

My Dell Inspiron is easy to use and has great options on it. Use it for school, college, games, or just simple every day emails, internet surfing, etc. Wish I could have gotten a better price. Best Buy should have run their sale longer.

I do LOVE this computer now that I got a good one. I had 2 return the first 2 computers each after having them only a couple days. The first one had the hinges set wrong and wouldn't open and close properly. The second computer had screen power issues where static took over the screen only after 2 hours of use. The third laptop I ended up with has been amazing and does not carry any of the same issues. Thank goodness Best Buy did not give me any problems about returning the faulty laptops since I was within the 14 day time period. I really like this computer. The touch screen has been amazing for my photography editing.

After spending time looking at this laptop and another name brand, so glad i chose this one. Very user friendly. Lots of room for my pictures and everything else. Love the backlit keyboard. Battery lasts longer than i expected. Like the security features. Overall, good deal.

Started using an AIO at home, then realized needed something more portable for travel and vacations. This Dell was at a great price on sale and I'm so glad I got it. It is big with 15.6" but easily handled as a tablet anyway. Powerful, fast, great WiFi, great screen, love the backlit keyboard. No bloat ware, super core i7 seventh gen. By the way I moved from Windows Live Mail (WLM no longer supported i.e. security problem) to Mozilla Thunderbird and this email client is super great, similar to WLM so easy to learn (easy to port all WLM folders if you want). Also you can port your contacts from WLM. You do need to load some add-ons to do the import/exports to Thunderbird. Anyway great design on this Dell product. I mentioned Thunderbird because it is eays to keep things sync between the two PC's.

I have been using this computer daily for about a month now and I have no complaints. High end features (latest core i7 processor, 512 GB SSD, 12GB RAM, touch screen tablet, more). Easy set up, fast boot ups. Best Buy had an excellent sale on this just before Christmas and I couldn't pass it up. The 512 GB solid state hard drive is meant for fast data retrieval and it's fast but If you store lots of videos and photos your going to fill it up so you will want to pick up an external hard drive or keep them on a cloud service as it do. I thought I'd see a big difference in screen size ( I downsized from a 17" screen) but I hardly notice the difference. This 15.6" is plenty big yet a little more portable than the 17". I'm happy. This computer does everything I need and is capable of a whole lot more.

I wanted a notebook pc with an i7 with 16 gbytes of memory and a solid state drive for under $1,000. This Dell model was just what I was looking for and I have always had very good reliability with other Dell computers I have owned.

The 2 way USB never worked. Computer is great. For some reason, I never get the Best Buy points on my card even when I buy multiple computers (I have bought 3 laptops in the last 3 years). The store guys never help and it is impossible getting through to your help line.

This is an awesome unit and has the speed to get some work done and check the mail. I like it all, but not the fans position. If on knee than it gets too hot and I must change positions. But it is fast and interface friendly.

Nice size. Portability is good. Not that heavy.Battery life is good but not great. Features are as advertised. Sleak package. Easy on old eyes.Had a month so far no problems. Does everything I need it to do. Well satisfied.

I purchased the Laptop (Dell-Inspiron 2-1) as a gift and the individual is not tech savoy and loved it. The setup was simple and the functionality was easy to learn and use! It has plenty of power and speed to meet their needs.

We are not heavy users, so this laptop fit our needs just right. We had a different model in mind, but switched to this one based on input from the salesperson. It is plenty fast for our normal usage. Also, it worked right out of the box without a lot of set-up time.

I love my new Dell laptop. Had to get used to Windows 10, but it is user friendly. The screen is large & has resolution. The built in speakers sound great. I love the touch screen feature. Overall, it was a great purchase.

Coming up on a year with this laptop. I had an issue with it about two months in (wouldn't turn on). BestBuy exchanged laptops for me and my new one works great! Easy to use and perfect for my daily use.
