Love the laptop. Since my occupation as a writer keeps me at the keyboard all day, I wanted something with a nice sized screen. This computer is comfortable to work with and suits my needs.

Really enjoy this. It can handle all of my software needs.

I never had a need for a touchscreen until I was asked to develop a touchscreen application and now I realize why they are becoming popular. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I bought it for everyday use and basic business use. I also needed it to be fast for my embroidery and quilting software. It is very quick and having no interface problems was a dream!

This Dell is thinner and lighter than the one I replaced. The sounds are more pleasant (email notifications, opening and closing programs, etc). Color resolution is terrific.

Please with the flexibility of the new laptop. The biggest plus is the SSD hard drive and the amazingly quick boot up times. Have owned for about 1.5 mos and I do recommend it.

Plenty of power, a wide screen and a slim stature make this Inspiron worth the price, which was reasonable. Only drawback is the keyboard, which lacks some familiar functions.

First lap top ever and I love it only miss the number pad on the right side. I guess I will have to get use to the numbers across the top of the key board again after 20+ years

I use it for my home and so far i have had zero issues with it. Boots up and runs quickly and with the SSD it's super quite. The unit itself seems a bit over sized but other than that I would recommend this unit.

I liked this laptop but I have some issues with it. 1. Screen flickers after 5/10 minutes of using photo editing tool like Lightroom and after some time it freezes. I need to restart to use it again. 2. When I use an external monitor, my screen blinks very frequently. 3. Produces noise of fan when I use photo editing tools. I sent it to Geek Squad to repair and got back after a week. But I still saw the same issue. I am sending it again to repair. Very frustrating.

Dell has a great product. It was so easy to setup and start using. Nice having the combination of a keyboard or just fold it back and use as a tablet. Highly recommend

I love it. Has everything I need to do all my homework and online classes. Loads fast. Beautiful picture. I love how it's so convenient to use as a computer or a tablet

I was looking for my first laptop, and the guy at Best buy was very helpful. It has been so easy to use and fast. I get compliments all the time from friends and family.

Upgraded from a Toshiba that was running on XP. Have had no trouble with the new software. Love the larger screen and additional memory. Bought it for a great price. Best Buy had the transfer done in 24 hrs.

I am very happy with this Dell. I especially love how fast it starts up. Buying solid state was worth it. It works great and I have not had any issues at all with it.

Love this laptop! It was an 'emergency' purchase as I thought my other was lost. Now that I've found it, I'm still keeping this one. The SSD makes all the difference.

This computer meets my need for personal and some small business use. The image quality is great and the speed is good. My only complaints are the weight and the battery life seems a little short.

I bought this on sale to replace a 5 year old Asus. Very pleased so far with the fast and quiet SSD. No problems with a rattling noise others have complained of.

Dell makes excellent laptops. Very impressed. Fast processor and excellent screen resolution. Windows 10 works very effectively and efficiently on this laptop.
