Pretty dissapointed based on expectations

I was expecting a much better performance experience than I received. I have a couple macbook pro I7s that are older 2011-2013 and they run circles around this. I am not sure why the machine was so sluggish and responded continuously hesitantly so multi tasking was nearly impossible. Being a mac user I suppose my review is a little Biased but I would think with the specifications and latest I7 chip it would be blazing fast. Windows bloat and the added touch screen drain I assume are the culprites but perhaps I had a defective laptop... Side note: Do not install the webroot from best buy its terrible. I had nothing but issues with it once I removed it the system did run a bit better and I like webroot just not sure if its the version they provide which is branded and highly integrated with Best Buy or what. Overall I would look at other laptops cannot recommend this unless as I said it was defective in some way but the tests I ran all came back normal :-/

Looking for a lap top computer!

This is much lighter weight and I wasn't sure if I would like having the number keys at the top only used to have at the side I do like better it spaces the keys out better. Out side is grey but does not show finger prints. A little costly but well worth it and it was on sell which helped. buy this you won't be sorry.

Can do better

It keeps switching off when I move the lap top. When plug in the power cord or plug out there is earth noise in the speakers every time. When I buy $1000 plus laptop I don't expect such flaws in the basics.
