I could have updated it but I chose to have one with much more capability. The old one is infected with viruses and may not be able to be sufficiently cleaned without replacing the hard drive. I need the assistance of the geek squad occasionally so Best Buy is the supplier we need.

Quick stable, no issues

I haven't figured out how to make the "end" key function as an "end" key. Same with "PgUp, PgDn and Home" keys. Like other laptops I have used the touch pad interacts while typing if you are not careful.

it wasn't too hard to set up

I was afraid that there would be programs preloaded that would cause it to run slowly and have to be deleted, and that it would take a long time to get everything set up the way it was on my old computer that died. This was not the case, so I am happy with the purchase.

Nice Laptop

We looked at lower priced computers, looked at how much storage they had and other features. We did come back and give this laptop another look and decided it was best for our needs. We've been very happy with it.
