Good fast computer. does not rate great because of video capabilities.

The first one i had to return because of hardware problems, but now the new one is working great, no complain so far. Fast when booting, quiet laptop, does not get very hot when is using much of the cpu. So far 3 weeks using and the only small issue was it froze 2 times, after reboot was all normal again.

I've always liked Dell, and this one is a beauty. With the solid state hard drive, the boot time is lightening fast, and so is everything else it does. Great screen. The ability to use it in tablet mode is also a nice feature, but I haven't done it much. It's a little to big and heavy to put in your lap.

Got this laptop 10 days back.Incurring BSOD's since one after the other.Tried installing drivers(as suggested by geek squad but no use) and ran diagnostics to solve them but still getting. Tired of trial and errors now planning to return.I wish i could have this laptop if only there were no BSOD at all.Would recommend if there were no errors and 5 stars for performance.

After researching products, I purchased the laptop I had decided on. When I went to pick up the laptop, I was informed they were out of stock, but Best Buy had upgraded my laptop to an even better one, at no charge! I was already saving $299, with the upgrade I ended up saving $455! Great job, Best Buy!

It is fast and handy with my office work. I like the slim design.

While my system has an impressive Core I7 with 12GB ram and a 500GB SSD the graphics processing is something my son is continuously complaining about. This is not a computer built for rendering or gaming. If you want something for standard office applications type work, to browse the internet. or look at pictures this is an excellent, very expensive computer to get. If you want to do gaming, or animation rendering as my son does then you need something with a dedicated Graphics processing Unit (GPU), Not "integrated" graphics processing as this computer has. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to this detail when I bought it.

I replaced my Vista and nine year old PC with this new one...WOW what a difference, the download time is incredible. I thought I would have a problem with the new features that MS 10 has and the new PC. I haven't had any problems using it...It is a great device...Thank you MS & Best Buy

I've had this computer for about a month now and have no complaints. It is fast thanks to the i7 processor and the solid state hard drive. The facial recognition works most of the time, it seems poor lighting usually causes any issues. I would recommend based on my experience to this point.

Works for our needs. Nice look, good screen, easy to use

Easy and convenient. Folds into a tablet and easy navigation. Bought a pair for my parents and they absolutely love it. Had to remind them not to use the tablet while plugged in and don't leave it constantly plugged in. Plug in battery pack does get very hot when they do so.

Very pleased with this 2 in 1 lap top. Easy to use.
