Worst laptop ever, overly priced, don't buy it.

This is by far the worst system I have ever used or purchased. I am in the process of escalating this product to Dell for a full refund and regret keeping it for so long. I bought this laptop thinking I was buying a top of the line system with 12gb ram, i7 processor, and SSD for storage. The reviews were mixed on the system but I decided to give it a try and now I have a brick of a system after a dell bios and firmware upgrade. The power button on this system never works right, it either does not shutdown when pressed or shutdowns when lightly pressed. The speed of the system is questionable and Dell is always wanting to patch or upgrade bios or firmware. The last upgrade completely broke my system. Something as simple as typing in this system is glitchy. I should have bought a surface or another MAC. DO NOT BUY THIS
