reasonably ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't realize that my 15.6" unit didn't have full keyboard with the number pad to right of keys, as I viewed a 17" unit in store and 15.6" not on display. Can't imagine how Dell could built a notebook without full keyboard. Had software issues that required several Dell service calls, support was just OK as I had to perform major downloads of new drivers by myself.
