I looked at a lot of different laptops and went with this Dell. It's loaded with features and super fast not to mention I got it at a screaming price on a 4 hour sale.

With 512 GB SSD; 12 GB of memory and i7 quad core processor, this laptop screams. No wait or hesitation in executing anything from spread sheets to on line gaming.

Bought it as a gift. She loved it. Very quick in logging in and wonderful speed. It has both touch screen and key board features. Turns into tablet when needed.

This computer lived up to my expectations and more, its fast and easy to use. Just getting used to the 1 in 2 part, the flip screen is nice when watching movies.

Great computer really like the speed of the unit. Using a memory drive is much quicker than a regular hard drive. The computer boots up much quicker.

This is the best laptop I have ever had. It is amazingly fast. The touchscreen makes it so easy to maneuver around. I highly recommend this computer!

SSD is very fast compared to a conventional drive. Touch screen is nice and adding a external disc drive was simple. Even works with my Adobe ver. 6

This is my first laptop with SSD. Excellent speeds and a very good build quality by Dell. Though the screen is big the laptop is easily portable.

Good performance. Poor battery life. All models in this line have a defect in that when you shake them you can hear the speaker assembly rattling around inside because it doesn't fit in the bracket properly. Open bottom of case and put foam on speaker; close case over it compressing the foam against the speaker and it will stop rattling. USB-C port works well with Dell Dock WD-15 so you can charge and have wired Ethernet, 2 external monitors, extra USB ports all with one connection. Note, no wired Eithernet port on unit.

Works great i7 processor is really quick. Not the cheapest but 500ssd was important so best option for my requirements. Very little bloatware

She had an older HP 2-in1 which was not working very well anymore. After looking at different other laptops she really liked this Dell. The lowest price was at Best Buy. She has had it for several months and it is working great.

It's fast and has a great price ($ 799). As well as reported by other reviewers, mine also came with a loose piece inside that makes a big noise when shaking. Big Dell failure.

No setup required, compact, lightweight, startup speed is great and am able to do searches easily

Incredible specs for the price. Works great! Decent memory and a solid state drive with a touch screen and good video is a great combo.

So let's start this out by the fact that I did not use this laptop to game-Are we good now? Okay- that being said, as an IT professional I can say that the reliability and battery life of this laptop surpassed my expections. The functionality of the laptop is smooth with out having to sacrafice the cosmetics. I'm thinking of buying another to tell you the truth. I did not use Best Buy's customer service at all- so do not get confused. This is not a Best Buy review or geek squad review. I'm reviewing the product only.

I'm a Mac person who needed a Windows laptop and this computer fits my needs. I love how fast it runs and how much I can do with it.

The retail price was a bit high for this laptop but I purchased this open box and have been very satisfied. It's fast, looks nice, good picture and no issues yet.

Excellent laptop, very fast. Touch screen works great. I do not use the 2 in 1 option much but it works well when I do use it.

Great computer, really fast; no problems so far. I really like the SSD. 12 GB of ram is nice too, as well as the i7 processor.
