Bought this laptop for my son starting college. Very versatile and power packed for multi applications.

The laptop is nice, the speed is good. After 2 weeks, my "Microsoft Hello" stopped working. Not sure if it's the laptop or the software. I tried many times to reset it, reset the PIN, but to no avail. I also miss the 10key pad, I didn't notice when I purchased this laptop that there was no 10 key.. I use numbers a lot for excel worksheets, etc..so I went out a bought a plug in 10key for it. (not very convenient.).

I like the ability to switch from traditional Keyboard to the Pen or Figure mode on the tablet. So easy to swap back and forth

Runs fast, very light and reliable. Battery lasts a moderate amount of time. Great for school work or streaming shows.

This lan top is pretty fast the only thing I dislike about it is the sound quality

Everything is just the way i wanted. The only downside is that the fan can be a bit loud but it doesnt last longer.

Laptop has an excellent keyboard, plenty of fast storage, well made touch screen that can fold all the way back to make a tablet. The processor is snappy, with excellent built in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. My only gripe is that sometimes when playing video, artifacts appear for a few seconds. Not anything major, but slightly annoying. A thunderbolt 3 port, or a larger battery for the larger size laptop would be a perfect addition to make this a perfect laptop.

Keyboard is easy to use, is very quiet when running, touch screen is a bonus feature.

The Dell laptop has met or exceeded my expectations in every phase of its operation.

I wanted this laptop to work for me in the worst way, but it just wasn't meant to be. I tried to like the graphic display - coming off an iMac, I justified the less than stellar looking images to be what I needed to get used to now that I was moving back into the pc world after spending the last decade on a Mac. I was at first impressed with the speed of the processor, til the fan started to loudly run and continued this until the laptop actually shut itself down. This, because I was looking at photos I had downloaded onto the pc while at the same time browsing facebook and having excel open simultaneously. I tried to justify the shut down due to having too many apps open. So, I only got online to FB, and it shut down again, after the fan started its insane whirring sounds again. This happened six times total when my husband strongly suggested we return the device. I brought it back to best buy and was walked through a painless return and repurchase of a different laptop that has provided me with much happier results.

Easy and convenient to use. Was looking for a lap top that was fast and this is.

This laptop is light, fast, cool, and quiet. I love the solid state hard drive.
