A year ago I bought this laptop for myself. I love it and now I got it for my daughter. I think the Solid State Drive should be more durable and the ample memory makes it speedy!

It was a bit frustrating to start off with but it turned out to be amazing. first time charging and using the battery pack got hot but the next day was no longer an issue.

Not totally pleased with this unit although it is fast but it dose not do as good as my desk top at sending documents does not send in JPEG format so I have email to myself 1st so I can send from desk top

My previous Dell I had for over 6 years, so I'm confident this one will last even longer! I use my laptop for both school and work, and I have been nothing but pleased.

The Dell laptop offers great display, backlit keys and very thin and light. My only negative is the sound reproduction could be slightly better, but after adjusting the equalizer it was much better.

Love the long battery life. These are not too big and the wireless capability is great when on the treadmill. Had a special on them and found them cheaper than anywhere else I had ever seen before.

Great laptop for everyday tasks and heavy multitasking. Gaming runs at medium but isn't meant to do that but overall very fast and very quality computer!

I purchased this computer for school. I am completing my bachelor's & starting my masters. So far I like this computer. It is a replacement for the one I purchased for school in 2009.

This replaced my old 2006 Dell laptop top and is a Quantum leap in technology! The Geek squad we're professional, courteous and extremely competent as usual making my purchase an easy task.

I really like my new Dell after having three HPs die from overheating. The features and screen image are great and I like the Active Pen option. Wish it had an embedded number pad, though!

Can say anything bad about this Dell. Replaced one of the 4gb ram with and 8gb to have 16gb of ram total. Touch screen, 2 in1 lit keyboard. Great laptop.

The feature I liked the most about the computer is its ability to fold the computer outside and inside as well. Very versatile. Great speaker volume.

This laptop is extremely powerful and fast but the battery is not compatible for the amount of work it's made to do. lasted me 5 hrs only

We bought this laptop for our son going to college. He absolutely loves it; easy to use; great features for what he needs; light weight and compact

This is perfect for my online teaching. The camera is good. I like the size of the screen too. Of course make sure you have anti-virus software.

The laptop has been very user friendly and easy to use to do calculations and it has a great graphics.

I have been on the phone with Microsoft and ATT numerous times, for hours at a time, and I still cannot receive email on this Dell laptop. I will have to spend more hours today on the phone with Microsoft. I don't know if the problem is with the computer, or with the way the Geek Squad set up the computer. I don't know whether to continue working with Microsoft, or to return the laptop to Best Buy and start over. I have clients waiting for me to get back to them, and I'm not able to receive their emails.

Unit is fast and I have no issues with it so far. The only issue I have is that it does not have a number pad as part of the keyboard. Other than that, nice machine.

Looked at computers to take to college and last at least four years based on technology. Felt this should accomodate needs before becoming technologically obsolete.

I am a first year college student and this laptop is easy to use and works well. The tablet mode is great for reading texts online.
