    After 2 days of owning it, dull picture, very poor sound, tech service no help, service center no help. last computer I buy from best buy

    Don't do it!

    First 7 months, this is the greatest machine I have ever owned. BUT...not the hinge in failing and the case is starting to crack. Dell warranty specifically excludes hinge issues so I'm screwed! Loyal Dell customer now looking for a different brand!
