Having only used laptop computers at work we were concerned about the ease of use and speed at home. Both our expectations were achieved and we have been very happy with our choice.

The setup for this laptop was very easy. I wish it had a number pad. The solid state drive is wonderfully quiet and I would recommend this computer for others to purchase.

Charged up battery turned on. Set up was fast and painless cant believe how quick it boots up. Never used a touch screen before had to get used to it and now I love it.

The load times are much shorter with the SS drive and a good touch screen. Easy to use as a phone but with the resolution and screen size I like for viewing.

is very practical, i can put it on my desk and connect wireless mouse and keyboard and works very good on an office environment.

I've had my laptop for just under 3 weeks. All I can say is that so far, I love it. It's lightning fast. How I lived without a solid state laptop before, I will never know. Great screen, and the keyboard is not overly sensitive. The visual recognition login isn't perfect - you have to be in the right light. But otherwise, no complaints.

My new DELL was a great choice! Easy setup, lightweight. I take it everywhere so I really like having a solid state drive.

This laptop has the new technology of Hard disk called SSD that makes it faster that the other laptops that has the traditional fisical hard disk. With the time and windows updates remain faster, but in find that some of the updates come form windows make the blue screen pop up and you have to have professional help to fix this problem, I will recommend to have extended warranty from Dell Co or Best buy service, so that you can save a lot of time and problems. I like dell computers works for years with minimum maintenance of hardware or software.

So far it's great! No negatives yet, other than being heavier than the Lenovo I had before this. Love the large screen
