First laptop I have purchased - for a very good price, better deal than on Mfgr website. I purchased this one for my son for college. The key parameters were SSD HD - no moving parts, touch screen and Windows Ink capability. It starts up quite quick and nicely. Time will tell how it holds up.

Computer works great, geek squad set it up with all programs and tested.

My dad needed a new computer so he recruited me to pick him one out. This one had everything that he wanted and more for a really nice price. It boots up fast, it has a huge SSD for fast read and write of date, touch screen and it is big.

I've had trouble with every other CPU brand, Dell is the exception.

My husband enjoys the laptop. He gets more use out of it than I do.

LOVE this computer for use in the college classroom. I take notes everyday using a Bamboo pen (not included) and OneNote. Plenty of processing power for most software and screen can usually show multiple windows at a time.

Very fast boot up time & extremely easy to set up and get going!

I loved this laptop! I got it because I was starting nursing school and I wanted to get something that would be able to handle my student load throughout my program. It's super fast and has more then enough memory for what I need.

Easy step by step set up. Sharp clear picture. Lots of features.

Bought open box and saved. Was able to upgrade. Very satisfied.

Slightly disappointed by my inability to do some of my previously enjoyed activities.

I received the laptop over a month ago. First time I turned it on to set it up I got a battery message stating the power cord doesn't match and will not charge. Poked around and tried to fix to no avail. Brought to my Geez Squad, spent over an hour and was told issue resolved. Came home, turned it on, same thing! Went back to Best Buy again, same guy worked on it for almost 2 hours. All fixed! NOT! I'm on a laptop all day for work so only have interest in dabbling after work every now and again. Went to watch a movie on Amazon that my hubs wasn't interested in so went for the laptop. OMG, sooooooooooooo slow. I have an eternally old Dell my company issues for work. Thought that one was the worst quality they offered but no, I found it's mother! Sadly, the speed on my work dinosaur is MUCH better than this brand new, over $1k laptop, once all programs etc we're purchased. Sooooo very very slow that I could go cook dinner before a web page loads. I wish I we're exaggerating!! And, this is after Geek Squad "cleaned" it up from ads. The sound? HORRIBLE! And I don't mean that it lacks surround sound or its too low. Try GARBLED, yes that's it. After 5 mins sound started the work, yeah! But not for long....Unplugged and took upstairs to get comfy where I proceeded to mess with the sound for another hour before I got a frustrated & all I wanted to do was throw the darn thing through my second story window. But guess what? I don't have the time to continually bring it back to Best Buy to "fix." And yes, I use that term very loosely. I turned it on again to order Christmas gifts. Wanna know what error message I got? "Cannot detect power source." Wow. Such a familiar error but hey , they "fixed" that. Right?!!! Piece of junk. I actually HATE it. I had 15 days to return. What I wasn't counting on were the two days of the weekend that I had off spending my time sitting at Best Buy while they "fixed" it. And by the time the extremely lousy, unacceptable, unable to even understand, SOUND is an issue.I shut it off and havent turned it on again. Am so over this thing and disgusted, I dont have time for this **** and truly hate that I'm stuck with this extremely LOUSY, SHOTTY piece of JUNK. Not to mention Best Buy's "expertise." What. a. Joke!! But, alas, since they do me no favors I'll have to suck it up on my upcoming 3 days off to go deal with this **** AGAIN. DID I MENTION I HATE THIS LAPTOP AND BEST BUY RIGHT NOW??!!!!
