I have trouble loading my documents without this thing freezing on me. Can’t run premiere pro because it lags so much, I know it could be a memory issue but I didnt even have that problem with my older dell laptop that had 8 GB. Absolutely dreadful.

Perfect size with a 15.6" screen and the resilution is fantastic compared to some of the other units in the same price range. The 2 in 1 feature is pretty wild too especially for watching videos. Wasn't necessarily looking for a super high end laptop, but this was on sale and it definitely exceeded my expectations.
