Had to fight with Dell warranty to fix this defect, which they stated was not covered by their warranty!!! Also, had several hardware issues where websites, PDFs, and other documents wouldn't open. Had to do a system reset. This is my last Dell laptop - would not recommend this laptop or Dell.

I love Windows 11 and I love how fast everything works on this machine. I was able to connect my OneDrive and install my Office 365 apps without any issues. I love the silver and the backlit keyboards makes it so easy to see the keys. The fingerprint scanner to log in made it so easy and quick. The setup for the laptop is so seamless and takes so little time. I have never been so impressed with the ease of use. Keyboard and keys are smooth and quiet. I can't begin to tell everyone how much easier and quieter this laptop is to use. I never once had to look at the keyboard to make sure I was hitting the right keys. Very natural position of my hands and the large trackpad makes everything easy to move around and to click on the pad. Scrolling was natural and I can't say it enough, this is the first time that I can say I enjoyed using a trackpad. If you know me, you know I am usually not a fan of trackpads, but Dell has hit this out of the park. The tablet mode worked as well and being able to hold it flat due to the hinge style. I used it in tent mode a lot with my rubber pen end so I could use it as a stylus. Responded very nicely and sets on the desk without being flimsy. The build quality of the laptop and the durability of the case is priceless.
