Now for the bad, lost sound after the first week of use, had to reload the audio drivers, now experiencing an erratic cursor whereas it locks and somewhat moves on its own, have not been able to correct that issue yet although if you power the computer down and restart the touch pad works for about 15-30 minutes before the issue arises again. Overall this Dell laptop has been a disappointment and considering returning for a different brand. Buyer Beware!!!

To help with audio issues, I have provided the steps to run the Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter. I have also included the full article link that has more options if they are needed.
How to run the Windows Sound Troubleshooter in Microsoft Windows 10
1. Click Start, and then select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Playing Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
