A very good Dell upgrade

My family now loves getting involved and now does their projects with the touch of the screen. The speed is awesome and keyboard is attractive in many ways.

Took two trips to the geek squad and sending it to Dell for service (which took weeks) before they decided to scrap it and give me in store credit for something new. I did not get this one again.

Love the laptop except for one flaw

It runs really well except for one aspect the touchpad on my computer likes to glitch out and start clicking randomly and not allow me to move it easily, forcing me to use a mouse.

Best buy deals are hard to beat

I needed a laptop that was fast and has plenty of storage. The rep helped me pick what I needed without breaking the bank. I couldn't be happier.

Short term laptop

It worked ok for about 2 years and now, after only taking it to work and back sometimes. It won't turn on and it won't charge so I honestly wouldn't suggest this one unless you're looking for a short term laptop.
