Purchase date was 2023 and I have no complaints. I am a teacher and I use it for work and my college courses. I absolutely love this computer. Would not trade it for the world.

It works fine like any other laptop; it has big screen and its touch screen. It does have some weight and kinda starts up slow. Also it gives you a hard time when you use the touchscreen then switch to mouse not at the beginning but later on.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great laptop, the only issue is that the second i got it i had sound issues. the sound volume will go up & down randomly & ill even have glitching sounds. i also cant hook up my headphones to the ear jacks. ive tried all the remdies just short of bringing it in but for now its manageable so i havent bothered. would be great if i didnt have issues the second i bought it but overall? great laptop i love it

The processor is fast & so far I’m pleased with the purchase. I did purchase an open box & the screen is a little crooked (didn’t notice this when we purchased it, so I’ll have to take it back in to see if it can be repaired) - I would have hoped that Best Buy would have caught this prior to selling again.
