Issue :- Certain Row of Laptop Keyboard or touchpad stops working intermittently. I am software professional, using laptops for last 25 years. This Dell inspiron laptop is the worst design. The 'Key' to laptop is being able to use in 'lap', and there are issue with the frame and casing of this "i7620-7631SLV-PUS". To keep it light and thin, the designers went overboard made it took weak to function as "lap" top. Slight pressure on one or other side of the frame, gets the keyboard top cover and base cover frame to shift press against the keyboard and touchpad, rendering is non-functional for that moment. Once the laptop is back on hard, perfectly straight, no 'lap', position, it starts working again! It is flawed design and should be fixed as manufacturing defect, for a $1200 laptop. I would not complain if this was the case for $300 'toy' laptop. BestBuy and Geek squad is struggling to stand behind something that is sub-standard and I, as 'loyal' customer of Bestbuy am suffering. BestBuy is trying to fix this design flaw by first getting the touchpad replaced, no use. Then second time Keyboard replaced, let us see what happens, as I am waiting for it to come back from Geek Squad service center.

Great home computer and my first with Windows 11 which is very similar to Windows 10. Recommend at least one year of Best Buy support which will help in moving data from your computer to this device.

The Dell Inspiron arrived within 2 days. I had it up.and running in no time at all. This is my first laptop, switching from my old desktop. I take it with me to all my Knights of Columbus meetings around the state of Georgia. An invaluable tool.

Great laptop . I would recommend it for anyone college students

Coming from a home computer to a laptop has been a rewarding experience. This Dell Inspiron provides this old 80 year old with more functional ability and I should have done this years ago. Glad I choice BestBuy and Dell to help me in making this decision.

The laptop is in a good shape and no significant issues cosmetically. It is the perfect solution for someone who has no high graphic requirements.

I have nothing but good and positive comments on my new purchase. The clarity and audio is outstanding. My former laptop was goggle, and didnt provide nearly as much as this product. 5 stars all the way across. Thanks Best Buy.

My purchase of the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 laptop computer was a get investment. So far it has been a very good experience in meeting my needs with the I7 processor and 16GB memory.

It's a great laptop. I use it mostly for work and connect it to my docking station for use with two monitors. It works great, and I really like the included Dell software that keeps it running well.

Bought this as a fathers day gift for my dad and now he uses it for anything and everything. Worried he might forget to pickup his phone when we go to call him now as he’ll be yo interested in watching videos on the laptop.

Bought this laptop out-of-box; occasional issue with trackpad not being 100% responsive, but that could just be because I didn't buy it new. Great laptop otherwise

After great difficulty with my computer I was finally able to get i replaced with anew one and it is a great fit for me and my needs. Thanks to the great help from the geek squad at the Riverdale Utah store.

This is the absolute worse laptop I have ever owned. Before it was a year old, the mousepad malfunctioned and could not control the mouse. It was all over the place. Also, the keyboard would get extremely hot. I sent the product to Dell to be fixed, and that fix worked for a few months, but then it was back to the same old issues. Also I use this laptop to do presentations which include music. The sound is distorted when presenting, so have to use my personal laptop to present. Lastly, the processing is slow. I don't know what causes the hang up, but it can be frustrating. Doesn't happen with my personal laptop. I truly regret buying this computer. I need to buy another, but you can rest assured it will not be a Dell.

This is a nice computer for the price ($850 on sale). Nice specs, good screen and plenty of ports (minus Ethernet). My only cons is the fan noise, but this seems to be a Windows/Intel issue. Wish it were quieter as the fans kick off for any reason. 2nd con, no number pad, on a computer this large? If you need that keep in mind. Also not a con, but thought battery life would be better, about 6-7 hours is OK, but could be better. Otherwise pretty good.

The computer is working fine and I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Geek Squad.

The hardware is a 5 star in every way. The operating system, Windows 11, is considerably more difficult to maneuver through. I am NOT a fan of Windows 11.

Love this new laptop for all of my business neeed. It didnt come with webroot installes on it loke it was supposed to but can't blame the computer for that

It's a good laptop but does not have a ten-key pad, which I prefer.

I like it so far very much. It’s so fast I can’t believe how slow my old computer was. The picture quality is very good and the touch screen in great.

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 2-1 laptop to replace my HP laptop that was dying. The clarity of the display monitor is outstanding. It is also very responsive. I love this laptop!
