    I absolutely loved this laptop when the hubby bought it for me. On day 17 of purchase the touch pad mouse started going crazy. Well, after 15 days Best Buy has a policy of no refunds or exchanges and you have to go thru Dell. For the money you pay and as high tech this laptop is I recommend doing your research. Apparently this is a common problem and Dell does not cover it in their warranty FYI. So before wasting your money and time be sure you have crossed all t’s and dotted all I’s. Very disappointed in the customer service from bestbuy as well and the manner in which they handle this at their Florence SC location.

    Quality laptops from Best Buy with a good return policy should there be a manufacturing concern. We purchase at least 2 to 3 a month for our staff.
