This computer is a great buy. It is fast and has really good graphics. This computer works great for my business and for personal use. I really like how sturdy the computer is when you flip the screen to use it as a tablet. The touch screen works great and the sound from the speakers is wonderful. This computer works for all of the needs for personal and business.

I was looking for a 2 in 1 Dell. The salesman helped me find the one i found online. He then looked in his computer and found the same kind but with a bigger screen that was out of the box for $300 less. So i bought it and found no problems. :)

Love the Inspiron 16 2 in 1 Consider improving touch pad sensitivity. I now use a mouse for ease and hit the exact area as opposed to continually trying with the touch pad. The McAfee preloaded is a nuisance with continued pop ups on a regular basis Tuesdays and Sundays usually late at night. The outside case corners are sharp and will almost cut my hand when moving the laptop. The finish is difficult to keep clean. Need more memory. Still not successful scanning and sending a document. These comments are not from an experienced technical person, but I am willing to learn.

The only reason why 4 stars because of the mouse pad keeps freezing.

This computer is amazing. I use it for school mainly but ive also played some games and watched bideos and listened to music with it. Im usually an apple person but needed a windows laptop for a couple classes and this is a great choice for me.

Excellent laptop for my relative who is in high school. Great size, specifications, and bought it when a $200 off deal was going on. The speakers on both sides of the laptop are a nice addition too.

The computer was an open box item.. please dont be afraid of these items. The computer was super clean and had evertything included and works super well for the price.

Overall a good computer. Finger pad does not respond correctly all the time is the only issue I have noticed. Touch screen is very responsive.

Nice little computer. Light weight and fast. i7, 16GB or Ram and 512GB SSD was perfect. Easy to setup.

Didn’t realize what we had purchased until we started using it! Awesome performance - easy to set-up, excellent speed, and beautiful graphics - exactly what we needed. And a limited amount of wires and cords.

seemingly solid machine - time will tell with more usage - getting used to Win 11 - Everything seems to work. Wish the SSD storage was larger, but can deal with that externally. Price was right to fit the need.

Nice Clear Screen, but for an old folk it is slightly complicated, plus did not pick up all from my old Laptop. Had to go back to see Morgan for help a couple of times at least. But he is always helpful.

Having not Bought a Lattop the first in 6 years. Windows 11 is fast and has a lot more AI features. I use in for my Home recording studio. Has a lot more disk space.

Replaced my laptop with this Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 Touch Laptop-12th Gen Intel Evo i7. I've stuck with Dell over the years and never disappointed. Quality. Easy to set up/use and reliable. Can't beat that!

It was time for a new laptop and I was determined to find a dell that would have what I wanted with out breaking the bank. The rep was truly helpful walked me through all the options patiently. Awesome job

The type pad was difficult to use because of the orientation. I did like the screensize and otherwise very easy to use

Worked well for a few months but within less than a year the key board letters from a,s,d,f, j,k, and l have not been working properly.
