    Computer seems good. Geek squad not so much. I live 100 miles from the Store and spoke with the tech twice who ultimately could not do anything transferring my info from old laptop to the new one. Verified store hours and came up there and at first they couldn't find it. Finally found it on the bench and that tech was nice and tried to help do what he could so I wouldn't have to make another trip.

    Very fast, works great, nice backlit keyboard, no issues, had major update upon startup, completed in 5 minor less. Internal cooling fan somewhat loud.

    I’ve had this laptop for about 1 week now, I’m not an expert user but this machine has performed as well as any laptop I’ve ever used. Work and personal use.

    The touchpad sucks. It is intermittent. The keys have already started to lose their designation. I sent Dell an email explaining if they don't help I will simply destroy the laptop and never buy another. I am frustrated with Dell.

      Here's the steps to help resolve your issue:
      1. Ensure the touchpad and your finger do not have any dirt, grease, liquids, or food on them (the touchpad has to make good contact with your finger to work correctly).
      2. Ensure that the touchpad is turned on.
      3. Save any data, close any open programs and restart the computer by using a wired USB mouse (if available) or Bluetooth mouse if it is already installed, if not, press hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to turn the computer off.
      4. Unplug everything except the power cable.
      5. Turn the computer back on and retest the touchpad.
      6. When the cursor does work correctly, attach one device at a time, and test the cursor movement to see which one may have caused the issue.
      7. Ensure that the BIOS and Chipset drivers are updated to the latest version.

    I bought it 10 months ago, and problems started occurring a couple of months after the purchase. It restarts by itself for no reason, sometimes takes 25 minutes to turn on, and the touchpad doesn’t work.

    Nice laptop but mine had audio issues, would continuously disconnect from wifi when my other devices wouldn’t disconnect, and had a minuscule green dot on the screen. Not sure if it was open box or not because the employees didn’t say anything about it but it gave symptoms of being open box.
