Thanks to my total tech membership i just saved hundreds of dollars AGAIN , this time on the purchase of a laptop . As a total tech member not only do I often get special pricing ; I also get free installation and set up on everything Purchase, total protection on the products from any damage I do (for 2 years ! ) FOR FREE !! .....thats a big one cause im terribly clumsy ( THATS $300 ALONE ) AND anything that goes wrong.... the Geek Squad comes out to fix it FOR FREE !!!!

These machines need to be taken off the shelf

Within a few months the keyboard stopped working and needed to be replaced. The computer is constantly freezing up and needs to be restarted. Bluetooth devices like earbuds and stylus' have connectivity problems. The fingerprint sign-in option will randomly work sometimes and other times it will not even give me the option. The touchpad was also replaced with the keyboard and continues to have problems. I thought I was going to be able to use this for college. I would have been better off buying a laptop at half the price. DO NOT BUY. There are hundreds of reviews online of people with the same problems. DELL NEEDS TO RECALL THESE MACHINES The only thing this computer has is a good battery life and a large display. This makes it good for watching movies but not much else.
