    Have always had Dell Laptops and glad I bought this one. I wanted a 15 inch, but they only come in 14 or 16 inch now. Bought the 16 inch and it just doesn’t sit right in my lap. Other than that I love the laptop. I also have to say that Best Buy was amazing in getting the laptop set up and in transferring my data. So glad I have Best Buy’s Total Tech!
