The slide to cover / uncover the camera works at times, but doesn't at pthers. The camera has overall poor quality. Thebuser looks unprofessional while using this camera. I didn’t catch initially that it doesn't have a 10 key pad. A few times the screen has gone black, but comes back on about 15 seconds later. For a basic, budget laptop, it's not bad. I will need to upgrade yet again this year, and I will be making sure the camera and 10 key will be improved on the next one.

I have had a Dell computer for over 10 years, Dell has kept it running well with updates to the software. Dell support is always available to help if you have any issues. I highly recommend Dell products.

Moving/installing software, files, organizing, etc., etc. so that is why I only have the laptop 3 stars. It seems to be running well but I did notice the Thunderbolt 4 is not compatible with certain USB-C devices and that is disappointing. It is fast however for compatible devices. So far, so good.
