    My new "Dell Inspiron 16” 2-in-1 Touch Laptop" screen froze randomly for minutes when I'm using it, just like it dies and then it came back itself after 1 to 5 minutes. It happened a few times a day for the first two days, and on the 3rd day I took it back to Best Buy for an exchange, which wasted a lot of my time. I just set up the new one yesterday, so far it works fine.

    Great laptop. The reason for 4 star is because Dell had the wrong charging cord in the box. I had to return to Best Buy & purchase the correct one.
