    When we delay windows updates, the hardware becomes very slow. The touchpad design is horrible and it doesnt work properly. It moves at random speeds and clicks at random places.

    Bought this as a birthday gift for my 90 year old dad as a replacement for his last one. It much lighter than his old one, he likes that. He hasn’t had any complaints and I take that as a win!

    I was so excited about this computer. When I set it up, it got really really hot immediately (like, it was hard to type, it was so hot). Looking online I saw the solution was to turn off turbo boost in the bios, which fixed it, but what a dumb thing to have to "fix." The mic is bad... friends said I sounded like I was in the bathroom. Then the audio froze & crashed in the middle of a call on day 1. I'd done all updates prior to this. This is incredibly disappointing. Returning.
