First, I just have to say that this laptop is SO pretty! I LOVE the subtle (Atlantic) green color of the shell. Aside from the color, the laptop is sleek with a slim body that feels sturdy. The hinges for the screen allow for a smooth and solid transition of various positions. The soft touch keyboard is very comfortable to use and doesn’t feel crammed at all. The mouse pad is large and responses very accurately to a direct, pointed touch, but isn’t so sensitive that the mouse moves around if your palms touch it while typing. The laptop even comes with a stylus pen, which is perfect for when in the tablet position. My only complaint with the stylus is that there isn’t a spot on the laptop to hold or store it, and I see myself misplacing it quickly because of that. The screen is sharp, and responses very accurately to touch. The speakers are also impressively loud with great sound quality. As for performance, the laptop is quick for your typical every day applications. I do have some concerns with its ability to handle programs requiring a bit more of processing power. I noticed a couple hiccups during the initial use of a few basic programs, but overall, everything opened quickly and ran smoothly. Another concern I have is with the cooling of the laptop. After a couple hours of steady use, just using basic Windows programs, the fan kicked in and ran for quite a while and I noticed that the bottom did feel warm to the touch. Last, I’m a bit underwhelmed by the battery life. I’m not sure you could get a full day of use without having to charge it, and the battery drained a bit more than I would have expected while the laptop was in sleep mode. Overall, from the few days of using this laptop so far, I would say it seems to be solid midrange laptop with higher end features. I feel that the price puts this laptop on the higher end range, and I’m not sure the features and add-ons justify that. Catch this on sale, and you’ll be getting a solid laptop for the everyday, basic user, or a great multifunctional (2-in-1) laptop for a college student.

Great laptop for the money. Terrific visuals, very fast, love the back-lit keyboard as I use it in a low light situation. Only drawbacks are no number keyboard and only one USB port .

I bought this Dell after I returned a HP Envy 16. Much petty graphics amd screen resolution.

Seemingly well-built/solid. I like having BOTH the fingerprint AND camera security features too. As for the Dell SupportAssist and various i included app (like the recently discontinuted ans reason I bought this particular brand) MobileConnect, leas than thrilled.

Purchased this laptop to upgrade from my previous one. Two weeks later the new laptop experienced an "event" overnight which required my taking it back to the Geek Squad for resetting some features. Hopefully this will not re-occur at an inopportune time.

I gave this computer to my 82yo mother. I was blown away with how easy it was to get the computer set up. Step 1 : subscribe to office 365 on her old pc. Step 2: let it sync all of her important folders. Step 3 log into new pc. Done. I was hesitant about win11, but it's really simplified from what we knew. Other thoughts, it's a little heavy for a laptop. The screen on this laptop is gorgeous. The processing power is plenty for my mom.

I had a lenovo think pad that the hard drive went in. i work from home and cant be without a computer, so i asked what woild be comparable to my lenovo. i have a bunch of programs open at any given time. this computer couldn't handle it. i couldnt even copy and paste files without it telling me i had no memory left? its supposed to have the same ram as my lenovo. i am extremely disappointed with this purchase and will be returning.

Malfunctioned within weeks and I had to have the operating system reinstalled which wiped out everything. Overall not impressed.

this is a good product. it works well. I have had great this product.

I bought the open box excellent one, and received a decent looking laptop. However, after checking up the product closely, I spotted signs of modification/repairments. The back lit had its metal case bend on several spots and there are scratches on the edge. I quickly ran a disk diagnostics. The disk has a nearly 2TB reads and writes in less than 20 hours of power on hours! I highly doubt that it was returned with defection. I don't understand why it can be qualified as open box excellent under those conditions. I have scheduled a tech consultation to review this product.
