My new Dell computer makes me feel like I was Jetsoned from the Flintstone era. It will not even let me make it confusing and complicated. Vitally important as a senior.

I do enjoy the speed of the computer, I do not have much loaded into this unit yet.

This computer has served me well and is in a gorgeous color to boot. I haven't had any issues with it can can even do some light gaming with it. As for the pen, the pressure sensitivity is works well for drawing programs and general use. It's definitely on the heavier side because of it's size of course, but if you don't mind then I recommend it!

4K screen goes crazy, Valid laptop, perfect for school and a lot of help for personal business. Not greatest for gaming but can still run games fine.

This is one of the best laptops you can own. Superb 4k Oled touch screen , good battery life, solid built, crisp loud speakers and the option to convert it into a tablet. What else do you need. I bought this laptop solely for my business use i.e. editing photos using lightroom and photoshop and it gives me most accurate colors that resemble my prints. I m one happy customer of Dell. Thank you best buy for your recommendations.

Great laptop. Bought it as gift for wife. She loves the color, tablet mode. Build quality is very good. No complaints at all. OLED touch is too awesome.

Overall good computer. Display is nice and sound is good.

Brilliant display, competent processing, good keyboard, adequate ports. Price I paid was under 1500 [daily discount], a terrific value. Only complaint: touchpad is erratic [but pen compensates]. An excellent computer with one flaw.

Good upgrade for personal use. So far, I enjoy the touch screen. I may arrange a docking system at home and set aside any plans for another desktop.

This Dell laptop was purchased to replace another aging laptop. So far it has performed well. It has exceeded all expectations.

Very nice laptop with a beautiful 16” display. If you done need a 10 key / num pad, this is a great choice. Because it was such a great open box deal, I tried to convince myself I didn’t need a num pad or that I could make do with an external one, but ultimately decided that would be too big of a hassle. I returned it, but is is very nice if you don’t mind the lack of the num pad.

Works as expected with 4K nice display. No trouble so far. Purchased 12/2022

Great computer. I like the touch screen and being able to use a stylus with it. The only problem I had was getting use to windows 11

So happy with my new Dell laptop. It exceeds my expectations. The color is bright and everything by is so smooth.

Its fast. Screen is clear. Only downside is there are 2 USB-A connections but the 2 USB-C conntions make up for it.

This is one of the best laptops I have owned. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but the oled display quality is what helped me decide. It has a fantastic display and the sound is great also. Combine that with a 16 inch screen, and it is a terrific laptop for doing many things.

It works well and the touch screen is awesome. You can write notes withyoyr hand on the screen. Great school laptop but very fragile. Breaks easy and recommend a good case.
