    This Dell product function like its suppose to.... all the specks are high, we just wish they have the 32k ram. But you can trust the brand.

    First off this is a great value for what you get. 12th gen i7 Amazing OLED HDR Screen Great design. I ultimately had to return this after having throttling issues. The laptop would just freeze for up to 15 seconds at a time. Maybe I had a bad unit, but I upgraded to an XPS just to be sure.

    Product worked fine and met my needs. Had been using DELL computers for many years so was used to its general workings. However it died after three days and geek squad couldn't find problem so gave me a new one. Copied programs already set up in first one and everything seems to be working fine. It connects to wireless keyboard and wireless mouse that were here so big screen can be used for zoom and other large group visual activities easier.

    Never buying dell ever again. This one just has too many quality related issues. Just to name a few - 1. Erratic movements - trackpad 2. Screen Digitizer stops working randomly 3. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting frequently. I didn't face any of these issues withing the 30 day return period. I contacted Dell, when I faced these issues, they tried to delay it as much as possible, but eventually accepted the faults and agreed to service the laptop at home. Facing the same issues after service and now Dell isn't ready to replace/return the laptop after their stupid 30 day return window, and I'm stuck with this one now as I've made a huge investment.

Below I have provided troubleshooting steps to help with your trackpad and a troubleshooting link to help with the Bluetooth connectivity.
      Here are the steps to help resolve your touchpad issue:
      1. Ensure the touchpad and your finger do not have any dirt, grease, liquids, or food on them (the touchpad has to make good contact with your finger to work correctly).
      2. Ensure that the touchpad is turned on.
      3. Save any data, close any open programs and restart the computer by using a wired USB mouse (if available) or Bluetooth mouse if it is already installed, if not, press hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to turn the computer off.
      4. Unplug everything except the power cable.
      5. Turn the computer back on and retest the touchpad.
      6. When the cursor does work correctly, attach one device at a time, and test the cursor movement to see which one may have caused the issue.
      7. Ensure that the BIOS and Chipset drivers are updated to the latest version.

    Best buy is the only place Ill buy electronics, the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable in the fact that when I leave I have the very best purchase for me

    I've had a Dell laptop before and replaced it with this new one. I have had this for about a month and am satisfied with the memory and storage capacity. I chose this model for function as well as price. It's a good investment.

    I really like tablet PC’s, but there are times when I need more screen real estate. This Inspiron delivers not only more screen area, but also high definition and OLED! I can’t say enough about the beauty of this display- to have this on a computer in this price range is astonishing. This Inspiron is basically an XPS with a larger screen and just a bit more heft. If there is any negative aspect to this device, it is that it comes in weighing over 4 lbs. On the other hand, the weight is due to an aluminum chassis that is substantial and solid. The weight is also due to a huge battery, that delivers outstanding stand-alone performance. Given that this is a 2-in-1, the size and weight beg the question of whether anyone would use this computer as a tablet. I enjoy watching videos when in display mode, and I have used Photoshop when in tablet mode. However, I would not try to read e-books in tablet mode, it is just too heavy for that. However, inking while in tablet mode is extremely gratifying, and using the Dell Stylus is almost like putting pen to paper. This device is now my preferred option for working with spreadsheets or meeting with colleagues on-line. The 1080p webcam is excellent, and the speakers are situated on either side of the keyboard to produce luxurious sound. I would suggest that you try the keyboard for yourself prior to purchase. I feel the typing experience is very good, but other reviewers have commented on the shallow key travel and relatively soft détente. After a few minutes of use, I have gotten used to the keyboard, and I appreciate not having to press heavily to enter keystrokes. Performance is consistent with a new generation I7 with 16gb of RAM, and a fast half terabyte SSD. I have not tried gaming yet, but the dedicated GPU should afford some impressive graphics. My use-case involves writing, creation of presentations, and editing images. I am not a gamer, nor do I perform a great deal of video editing. However, given the hardware on this device, I suspect it could satisfy some users interested in gaming.

    Costly disappointment

    My previous Dell Laptop was a Dell. I enjoyed it’s us for 16 years. This new deal was not designed for human hands. The mouse pad is so large that it requires the operator to suspend their hands over the mouse pad, otherwise the operators wrists rest on an create erroneous movement of the curser and erroneous mouse clicke. I turned the mouse pad off and bought a desk mouse

    Even after lowering all the settings, half the time, the mousepad was too sensitive and would take me through 10 different tabs when I wanted to click on anything. It seems the mousepad having some issues is a consequence of the screen touch option, which honestly I didn't need much anyway, so returning it was a no-brainer.
